Alfonso does not deserve the title of manager. Refuses service to customers that do not want to order at the kiosk. Chewed an employee out in Spanish for offering to take our order. Looks are deceiving Alfonso, we understood everything you said. Speaking to staff in a disgusting manner and talking bad about PAYING customers is wrong!

I ordered iced coffee and they gave hot coffee. Made me wait 10 minutes for the correct order. Gave me luke warm coffee without ice. It’s not drinkable. Rude.
Went in to enjoy a delightful breakfast. There was an employee taking a very loud zoom call on his laptop for some reason. He was also seated in the best seats in the restaurant which is located in the center of the place. How about go take that loud and obnoxious call in the back office or at least use some headphones. It nearly ruined my elegant breakfast.Thanks for reading.

Stopped in for fries and a chocolate shake. We joked that the shake machine would likely not be working which has turned into an ongoing joke for McDonald's.And: No shakes. This has turned into such a common problem it is ridiculous. Got the fries and headed east.Those were the worst fries I have ever had anywhere. We threw them away. Tasted like the grease was a couple of years too old.Time for somebody to take over what should be a great location and run it correctly. This place needs leadership.We will not be back to this location. Ugh.
