The Irish coffees are strong and the food is fresh! Go for the chicken and waffles or the Colorado Bennie and you will lick the plate! Bonus is that they take reservations (but don’t require them) and have room for large parties. Super cool booths with high backs gives lots of privacy. Full bar.

I finally found the BEST crafted burger in the state! I have been looking for years since a little place in Sedalia lost their touch. I travel the state widely. Hands down THE best right here!!! If I could pin a blue ribbon to the front I would. I can’t wait to go back ??

Food was amazing. We really enjoyed our meal! The bison tomahawk and wedge salad were so good, probably the best wedge salad I've ever had in my life. Service was ok, the waitress was very sweet and friendly. We had a reservation and they didn't have a table ready for us, but had tables for other reservations which was strange. We also had to send back a water glass because it was dirty but they promptly got us another one!

Always an amazing meal. Everything scratch made. Dank soups/stews. The CO Shepherds Pie w/ an egg was fantastic. Amazing service from Fez at the bar. And they've built quite the bourbon collection. I walk past Beau Joe's to this place every time I'm in Idaho

Visiting this town from Springs.Pros: Thank God the food was good as that was about the only thing that was.Cons: The greeter at the door, young blonde gal was super rude. She talked to us in a very demeaning way. I also then watched her greet people as they walked in with no smile at all and super short with everyone. Not who you want to have greeting your patrons. We then waited 20 minutes before someone even came over to say hi and get us water. Again at least the food good was good. As far as service goes try the restaurant down the street that has rave reviews.
