This m these guys had no sense of urgency whatsoever. My online order wasn't ready until 30 minutes after the commit time. They only started making it after I waited in line for 15 minutes. They seem to know how to do their jobs. They just need to pick up the pace.

We got there, they were preparing some sandwiches and didn't even look at us, we were standing there in front of then two for at least 5 minutes, and they had no reaction at all... like if we were not even there, very poor customer service skills.

Put in an order through the app, went at the time it said to pick it up. Not ready. Lady at the counter told ne she tried to call me and my vm was full, to let me know they didnt have lettuce. So they never even made them ,then she tells me because I didnt pickup she took the other online order and that was bigger with 6 sandwiches (compared to my 4), and proceeds to tell me come back in 30min. Arrive back 30min later and they are JUST STARTING THEM. That's a full hour from when I ordered. She tells me its only the two of them and its dinner rush. Then what's the point of ordering on the app if they are just going to push it behind everyone else. Nevr doing the app again and may not even be back. I'm a local and this service was the worst I've experienced there in a while.

THE CLOSER

As we walk in there was lines out each door. I was thinking geez this is gonna be bad. As we waited in line I noticed this one worker who was moving around, making sandwiches, and the line started moving quickly. As we start to order we met mike... and boy was it an experience. This guy was real pleasant to talk to and was funny. He had my kids laughing hard. Out sandwiches were very well made and delicious. I'll be stopping here whenever I go up the mountain.

Was about 1.5hrs till close, no chairs to sit on. Bread was pretty dry. Server had ear buds in so not sure he heard our orders.

Some of the worst service of my life Mike behind the counter was talking about messing up other customers food. He was turning people away as they walk in the door just because there was four people in line. It took me over 35 minutes to get my food with only four people in front of me

I had a good experience here. Was stopping by for a quick bite to eat? The uh, the guy who was working. I'm counting. It was very pleasant. He went above and beyond. He definitely made the experience a lot better.

Sadly, I wasn't in a bit of a rush, so I did not catch his name but he was the only one working today When I went in there. Your employee i made, what could have been a normal ordinary trip to Subway.
And turned made the whole experience that much greater. The reason why you guys get 5 stars today. Employees like him are far and few in between, and he deserves the recognition for what you've done. To the managers at Subway, the gentleman I dealt with today. It definitely deserves a rave.
I don't say that lately.
But know when you've got quality in employees and pay them what they're worth, because it is definitely worth it. If more people were like him, this world wouldn't be a bad place. So thank you for the simple act of kindness.

Long haired guy told me his POS system was down, asked if I could pay cash instead and his said no there’s no way to pay so you can’t have anything. I said, why are you even open and his response was the owner would be mad if we closed. Why be open if you cannot serve any food and you can’t post any signs?

7:07 pm, sloppy long haired kid with glasses said could not take order or serve any food because the POS system was down. Why not close the store then? Why not have a sign on the door? To the kid who works there…you need to thank god that I didn’t hear you pop off to my wife.
