Best shop in the springs, wide variety of tea and spices. The lady running it has such a high level of knowledge and is so sweet. Got a variety pack and tried out the banana nut muffin tea. The spice selection is incomparable. They have cooking spice blends that will make you want to start cooking! Delicious and appetizing.

Such a fun little stop!! I went in thinking I would just smell a few spices while we waited for breakfast and didn't really need to buy anything but Logan changed my mind!! He was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! I bought a few different things, one of them being a strawberry monk fruit sweetener. I told him I didn't even know what I would use it for but it smelled so amazing I had to get it and he gave me several ideas of what I could do with it! He is a fantastic employee to have and is the reason I even got anything. Definitely recommend this fun little shop.

I was passing through Idaho Springs on my way home to Ohio and stopped in this store. The store is filled with so many wonderful spices and teas I ended up buying over $80 worth. Logan was very helpful as I made my selections and told him what a gem the store is. After leaving the store I stopped at a local restaurant for lunch and then headed back to Ohio. 2 hours later I realized I had left my bag of purchases in the restaurant! I called Logan and again he was so helpful and friendly. He remembered me and went down to the restaurant I had eaten at and retrieved my bag of purchases and then proceeded to ship them to me. I received them 2 days later. I'm so grateful to Logan and want to tell as many people as I can to go to the Spice Exchange and shop with Logan!

And that's okay when you have such varied and delicious tea options at the Tea and Spice Exchange in Idaho Springs CO.The ladies in the shop were very sweet and helpful. Several mouth watering suggestions were given and more and more spices and teas added to our little shopping basket.They even brew any tea available in the shop for you to take and enjoy either hot or iced.Thank you ladies! We enjoyed walking around charming Idaho Springs with fresh brewed tea warming us on a cool day.

A cool and unique spot to stop for spices and tea! They let you smell ever spice and tea that you desire. The service was chill and laid back. They answered every question we had and we’re friendly. We all bought spices and we all enjoy and can taste them while cooking!
