One of the old school microbreweries with amazing food and service. A must stop every time we head out the front range. Highly recommend!

The food is fine - not much to say. Plenty of locally made beers.

The fish tacos might be as good as the ones at Taco Nazo in El Ay (LA). But. You need a big mouth to eat them, cuz they're huge. Big chunks of fish, lots of cabbage, pico and cheese, drizzle with a fantastic jalapeno ranch. The black beans that come with are a perfect pairing.

Now I have 2 places in the country to get stellar fish tacos. Yay! 🤸🏻🤸‍♀️🤸‍♂️

Although I enjoyed my fish and chips, my friends Philly cheese steak was a bust.

Nothing to complain about. Staff was great. Food was DELICIOUS! (Get the 24k wings). Atmosphere is cute and they are dog friendly!!! They even have a dog menu.

Kris was the best service we've ever had. My three kiddos were entertained by her throughput oure entire visit, we didn't have to pull out the tablet at the table to keep them occupied. I don't think that's ever happened. Like, ever.0. She sad she doesn't normally wait on tables as a waitress but she was cover for a friend who culdnt work tonight. My 3 boys are big flirts, and she definitely worked them all when they heard her say that all her boyfriends were under age 4, and they're 2, 3, and 4, but now their dad and i are promising them all that well go see her again! Very casual, inviting vibe here!

This gem, Kristen, was the greatest service ever. She handled my 85 year old dad, who with alzheimers and stroke history, thinks it's 1960 and can say whatever he thinks.
She put him in his place with firm words and a great smile that ultimately sealed the deal with him, for sure. My dad was so infatuated with this poor girl for teaching him how we act in 2025 vs 1960, he'd have signed everything over to her on the spot. Ha. Dad asked me to leave a 1 star review after this good sport turned down his marriage proposal, but she also told us she typically managed rather than served so she was just really having a good time.
Also, need to lay this out there. Who won the silverwhere rolling contest Mike??

Great atmosphere, delicious food and drinks, and friendly staff. Quirky little historic town of Idaho Springs is a must visit, and my stop here is never complete without Tommyknockers.

My friend and I ordered buffalo chicken flats and they left much to be desired. It wasn't quite buffalo chicken. There was a taste of plastic and burnt crust. I usually love all things buffalo chicken so I was severely disappointed in this experience.

The service was also very disappointing. Our server talked to us once when we were seated and did not see him again. No refills, no check-ins. We spotted him performing karaoke, and while I'm glad he was having fun, it would be nice to be served.

Overall poor experience 😔

Very busy today but they did such a great job getting us seated and it did not take forever to get served. Food was delicious, highly recommend the green chilli soup. The beer was also delicious.
