This is one of those magical places that I can't imagine Jamestown without. Cheerful staff, great food, and in the summer on Fridays amazing live music. The Merc is not just a restaurant, it's a third space for the community. The head chef, Rainbow, brings magic to all her dishes with local produce and family favorites. I love the Merc!!!

This is one of the coolest places to hang out in the Rockies. It's a quirky place. The food was good. They have live music over the weekend. It's a little pricey but portions are huge. You can easily split plates. Our party had cinnamon rolls, French Toast and a Burrito. Plenty enough to feed six. You do order at the counter. For the dieters they don't have Diet Coke. They serve Mexican Coca-Cola with real sugar. After the meal take the road on through town. Beautiful drive. Eventually becomes gravel but ultimately intersects with Route 7. Turn right to go to Lyons and Estes Park.

Very quaint and interesting place to stop, drink or even dine in in Jamestown. It's basically the meeting point of the town and passing-by cyclers! A whole experience.

I love this place. The eclectic decor (20's area hanging fabric lamps, chairs of every style and height, old miner decor, a carved wooden orangutan) all communicate to me- welcome to all and your weirdest self is appreciated.

One of the coolest places to hang out at in the Colorado Rockies. The food is always delicious, the drinks are poured heavy, and the cast and crew are all friendly and fun. Whether it is catching live music on a weekend evening or grabbing their excellent Sunday brunch, you can always be certain it will be a great experience and that you’ll meet a few new friends. This place is a true gem.
good service and I love the food, prices are very reasonable. I love this place.

Excellent spot with a strong sense of community. Truly the heart of Jamestown.
Such kind people and good music 🎶 love the chill vibe
This is a secret gem down deep in the mountains. My son lives in Boulder and has mt biked here with a group during the summer. A little trickier in the winter but I suggested we go in and their brunch was simply amazing! Local folk and passer-throughs were sitting around this eclectic find! We split a "hangovers something" which was 2 eggs, chili relleno etc.. still too much! I am sure the little picnic area across is great in the summer. Looks like they have music Thursday through Sunday or different events.
My husband and I have been going to Jamestown Merc frequently. The food is always outstanding, the atmosphere casual and cozy and the music top notch. The menu varies and quite honestly is some of the best food we have had consistently anywhere.
We had a fantastic breakfast and the music was sorta sublime. We loved it.
