“Wow!!! We came in for my son’s birthday and we tried a little bit of everything! A few of our favorites- Pastor, ceviche tostada and the Caesar salad! The service was top notch, our server really helped guide us through the menu and gave great recommendations. We can’t wait to come back!!”

“We had a wonderful meal at the bar and can't wait to come back! Rachel was so fun to talk to and was super knowledgeable about the menu and Basta. We enjoyed the chicken liver mousse, buratta, crudo, half chicken, bok choy, and budino for dessert. All dishes were excellent.”

“Our first time dining at this place though we have wanted to go for a while after someone posted about it after they opened. Finally made it and glad we made reservations as it was packed since it was peak time Friday evening. Spoke with Koji-san, the owner, while we were waiting for our table and he also stopped by each table to check on them which we thought was great. We had the takoyaki, kaisen-mix okonomiyaki and the spicy miso ramen. All came within a reasonable amount of time and were delicious! Koji-san explained the background of offering takoyaki, which was so interesting and great for him to share. We will definitely be back to try the other menu items, esp their sushi, which looked delicious! Great to see a business busy and doing well!”
