My family & I went to eat breakfast this morning & was sat down right away. there was 10 of us eating breakfast, our waiter was right on the spot. drinks were right on time & she was real tentative. all our breakfast came out on time, hot & right. we enjoyed it & John the manager even came out to introduce him self & to see if everything was good. thanks Black Bear Crew.
Waitstaff Kayleene is professional, attentive, very kind, and overall wonderful. Cashier Alex is just as incredible. Both are assets to this restaurant. Very tasty biscuits, sandwiches, and turkey sandwich. Kayleene greeted us with warmth and pleasantries. We are elderly customers so she was patient in giving us time to make our selections. She wasn’t pushy nor rushed us. Definitely a million gold star employee! Alex was just as kind and respectful. Highly recommend!
I came in at the black bear in Johnstown, Kayleene was my server and she was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the menu! I will be back to see her. She's my favorite server nationwide.
