While sitting in the drive thru, waiting on our order, we see this….🤢
This location is, to be blunt, terrible. The staff is rude. You’ll see a lot of the staff outside smoking, goofing around. I’ve placed several orders for delivery and most of the time the order is wrong or missing items. I’ve enjoyed Taco Bell from several locations, this is the worst one which is a shame considering I live close by. Management in my opinion is not doing a good job.
Hands-down, the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever went to the place was disgusting. The employees were groomed, sweaty no gloves. The food was horrible. When I tried to get a refund they explained some reason why I couldn’t because it was ordered on the kiosk, which makes no sense. I wouldn’t suggest even my enemies going here.
