Run! Don’t eat here!! First time at this restaurant. The Bao was good however we were not given any small plates. When we asked the female waitress said she didn’t know if they had any, they finally brought small plates. The spicy Ramen was horrible!!! Worst I’ve ever had. And Nic our waiter could care less when I told him. He had the worst attitude!! Alex the manager was kind enough to credit our tab with 1 ramen since it was not edible.

We had miso ramen and Poke bowl. Ramen noodles & rice in the poke bowl were very dry.

Nice to have something besides pizza and wings available at Keystone. Fun to do a sake sampler. Avoid the momakawa on draft as they need to clean the lines. Whole family enjoyed both the ramen and tofu bowl.
Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options!

Credit card fraud!! After very rude attitude and bad service from an older lady behind the bar I decided to leave no tip. They messed up my order and she gave me attitude when I asked for it to be fixed and the service was very slow which is why I left no tip. I noticed a couple weeks later the charge was bigger than I remember when I was looking at my credit card statement. I called and spoke with a manager and he found the receipt and noticed it had been changed to include a $10 tip. He said he agreed it was obvious someone had changed it to include a tip but the lady who did it denied doing so and there was nothing he could do about it except give me the tip back. I would avoid this place! I had the manager send me a photo of the receipt and I have attached it to this review.

Honestly I am glad we tried this place. A lot of the reviews were completely off base. The Pork Belly Bao is really great and the Spicy Miso was also awesome! If you want some additional flavor, just add chili. My 11 year old had the regular Miso and loved it as well. The service was also great!

We went here for a apres ski, albeit a bit early for happy hour. It wasn't really a good deal. I tried saki for the 2nd time and again didn't like it. Edamame was on special, but still overpriced.

Excellent drinks and food! The service was alright and the prices seemed steep, even for the resort. The sauces and sides were awesome.

Great location. It’s nice to get off the slopes and have a nice warm bowl of Ramen. I got the pork Ramen. It was good. The pork is a little over cooked. My husband got the tuna bowl. He said the rice was over cooked. Honestly, it was nice to have some thing that wasn’t a burger or pizza in a ski town. if you’re looking for something warm, I would recommend it. The staff got a little overwhelmed with the number of people there but I think that happens anywhere when you get a lot of people at one time.

The worst ramen I’ve ever had. Unfortunately the service didn’t even make up for it. Definitely don’t recommend this place for the food. Drinks were decent but not worth the price.

This place was a pleasant surprise, but be warned it's not Japanese food.I was honestly pretty worried the first time I entered the place from its inconsistency in aesthetic and food, but after ordering the chicken bowl and some of the bao I'm happy to say it's the best food I've eaten at keystone. Granted it's still at ski resort prices, but I can't complain too much about that. They have a decent variety of sake and cocktails as well.

We were very excited to try this place, but it turned out very disappointing. The ramens were mediocre at best, and poke was the worst we ever tried. Should have checked the reviews before coming it.

Went here for dinner and really loved it. Soup, fish all amazing and the sake flight was beyond perfect. We dropped in shortly before they were closing without realizing it since, caution: they close at 6 and are NOT a dinner place even though their food is amazing and perfect for dinner. My one complaint is that it's quite drafty because of a high ceiling and main dining area being right next to the door. The decor is also a bit minimalist. We'll definitely be going back next time we get done skiing early enough...
