Understaffed- took an hour for food to arrive. - took 15 min for bill to come after request. - food came out cold - though a semi formal setting, noise level of guest was reminiscent of a packed collegiate bar. Women cackling at the top of their lungs, an ruckus laughter an conversations loud enough to force server to shout.
All in all, a terrible atmosphere for the setting an Price. $50 for a 10oz "dry aged" NY strip with a single undercooked carrot spear sliced into 4 pieces an THREE tiny potoatos halved. Steak NOT a Dry Aged cut. Not seasoned either. Bland. Medium rare steak cooked medium well.

Tried the Chef’s Special Trout and it was killer. Sweet pea puree, roasted fingerlings and wild mushrooms. It was cooked perfectly and the flavors were superb! Waiter was very knowledgeable of menu, and attentive to the timing of the meal. Atmosphere was great, with a prime view of the mountains reflected by a lake. My wife and I had a great time and would definitely recommend.

Ordered the venison ribs, kids meals, and cauliflower soup. There were only a couple of tables and food came 20-30 min later lukewarm. It seemed like it had been prepared a while before and barely rewarmed. Menu descriptions seemed gourmet level but the food was some of the worst I’ve paid for. Service was friendly and apologetic, seems like the food was the norm though and not a one off day.

The Bighorn and Tenderfoot Lounge released a new menu which was fantastic! The food tasted great, everyone in my group was really pleased. We all thought the new menu offered a lot of variety and options that fit everyone's needs. The service was quick and staff was very friendly. Our Server in particular was very attentive, kind and patient with all of our questions. Our courses came out at appropriate times, we weren't left waiting. Overall, great experience and I can't wait to go back.

Got the gluten free fungi pizza appetizer, and it was soft and not over crisped! Delicious. The stuffed chicken was tasty, with a gluten free option of quinoa. Sorbet desert was a perfect topper to the meal, the berries and honey drizzle put the icing on the top of this perfect desert. Servers, we're informative and attentive to our needs.

The lamb chops and the wild game flatbread were fantastic. The dining room overlooking the lake made for a great atmosphere. Excellent service and cocktails rounded out a fantastic meal.
Had an EXCELLENT meal this evening @ the Bighorn. Outstanding food and service. We especially loved the Lamb Ribs and Battered Trout. Ambiance and presentation were also amazing. Shout-outs to Hailey and Pily for truly exceptional service.

Lovely date night spoiled with poor service and an entitled waiter who saved my card information and added an extra 20$ tip right before the restaurant closed(The bank can see they manually punched my card number in at 9:12) Sad you can trust such a nice place.
