We ate here last year for spring break and were looking forward to going back this year. We ate there last night and were disappointed with the food. Everything from last year was different. We were told they have had a lot of turn over; the chef, team, and staff were all different. Even the bread service was different, which is too bad because the bread last year was divine. Within our party of 8, two people didn't eat their meals at all. Everyone else said their meals were average or less than average. Try to find somewhere else to eat during your Keystone visit.

My number one thing we were happy about. The waiter staff accommodated us. Meaning gave us flexibility on the menu. Service and food was great. We had great views looking out. Definitely will come back.Kid-friendliness: Got food out to kids right away. Yes they have kids menu.
The service was terrible and the food was not great either. It took 20 minutes for them to take our drink order, there were 4 waiters and maybe 10 tables. Our waitress only came to take our drink order and food, did not come to check on us, and we had to track her down for the check. The food looked pretty but it just did not taste good for how much it cost. Don’t waste your money going here.

spent almost $200 to get multiple hairs in food. instead of sending it back we just overlooked it since the food took a while to come out in the first place and we were pretty hungry. total regret and wishing we didn’t do that because we ended the night at the hotel and the next day throwing up all day with food poisoning.

Lobster bisque was crunky and the Lobster still had fragments of its shell still on it. Had very little flavor. Got the steak because that's very hard to mess up. Ordered rare got medium. Got my side wrong instead of double potatoes I got potatoes and Brussels sprouts. Steak was also very bland. Had no salt or pepper to for any taste. Potatoes tasted bland for the solid potatoes and the mashed tasted like instant potatoes. I was beyond disappointed in the food. They had good service though. Waiter was nice and attentive. Atmosphere of the restaurant is nice. It's clean and well spaced.

Food was below mid: cold, tasteless and watery soup. One waiter didn’t know the difference between pears, apricots, peaches in one of the dish ingredients (we needed to know for allergies). Drinks were good however quite the opposite when we were served entrees. Took a long time to get our food too. Wasn’t expecting the duck entree to taste like mushed celery crabcake?♀️ salads and appetizers were good but the gnocchi was doughy and tasted like cardboard. The ambience was nice however the dishes are way to expensive for no flavor and small portions.
