The BBL is in a great location. That is where the good things end. There is one tiny elevator that runs super slow for the whole building. The furniture in the rooms is old and worn out. The couch and chairs are falling apart in the living room sagging, uncomfortable, not relaxing. The beds are even worse. Every bed felt like the mattress was never good quality and hasn't been replaced in 20 years. Check out is at 10 AM. In the Past we have parked in the garage and our room key still provided access to the common area and garage for the day. Check in isn't until 4, but we were told if we wanted to ski Keystone we needed to move our vehicle to the free public parking. For the cost of the room, we will just drive from Breck. Accommodations, and EVERYTHING are better. We tried :(Rooms: Horrible beds, horrible couches/ chairs. Elevator is slow.Walkability: Very close to Gondola and food.

The reason I gave it 3 stars is because of location. Other then that it was not great. The service we received was not great. No hot water. Dated room with horrible shower heads. Stay here because of location to the slope or it's a waste of money.

Can't believe the 2 bedrooms do not have 2 parking spots. Very frustrating!

My husband and I went to celebrate his b-day. Have stayed at River Run before, however, this time our 1 bed condo was in Arapahoe Lodge #8108, it is a dump! Screens in 3 different windows fell out when opening windows, and this unit is on the ground floor, bedside lamp didn't work and it wasn't the bulb, bed was comfortable, but all furniture was very worn. Biggest issue was the bathroom. While sitting in the living room the bathroom lights and fan would come on and turn off without either one of us touching them; this happened several times. When we called guest services, they sent tech, he confirmed lamp needed replaced, but he couldn't replace, don't open windows and screens won't fall out (not a solution), as for the bathroom gremlin he explained that it was probably a connection and he couldn't fix but would let his supervisor know. No offer to move room or fix issues while we were there for 5 nights/6 days.

Having 3 small kids and two seniors, we booked lodging (Springs) close to the gondola having the location as our main requirement. When we arrived to check in, we were placed to Soda Springs which is very far from gondola. We were told that there was no availability at Springs and that if we wanted to move from Soda Springs to a different location, we had to pay rate difference. The rate difference was larger than the amount we initially paid for Springs. I received no email informing that there was a problem and change in location. The guys kept telling us there was nothing they could do to help us, that reservation is done by other people or "by a computer" and that they had no control over it. We spent 2 hours at check in trying to solve the issue and as a result we were late and unable to ski as we planned on our first day. The 5 people at check in were sorry about our problem but were absolutely incompetent and unable to help us. Eventually (after loooong time), they called a manager for help and she was able to find a place for us at JackPine with no additional charge. She told them that in such cases they cannot charge us rate difference. They did not know how to do it. They nearly sent us home or required to pay additional $1, 100. The room that we ended up in was good but TV were not working (verizon software issues), WiFi passwords did not work and there was poor lighting in the rooms. Also, there was a lot of noise (not from people) at night.

Amazing staff! We stayed in the River Run Dakota Lodge which had a heated pool for the kids and hot tubs for the adults. It was a quick 5 min walk to the gondola, groceries, and restaurants. Kids 2-day, full-day ski school was effective and gave parents time to ski.

We booked a condo thru Airbnb and we’re pleased with the accommodations. The unit was well equipped and the bed was great. We stayed in Silver Mill and it would have been better if there was someone to help us find our unit and learn about the amenities available. This could be because we were here off season or maybe because we booked through Airbnb? It would have been helpful if there were some brochures or info in the lobby.

Loved Keystone Resort! Great food options, so many fun things to do - and so easy for our large group to divide up and then get back together. Clean, safe, and incredibly friendly staff. We stayed in River Run Village in a 2-bedroom condo (Dakota). We had ski lockers, 2 hot tubs, heated pool, sauna in/outside our building. Underground parking, and less than a 2 minute walk to a grocery store, food, ski shops, ice skating, it goes on and on. We used the spa for massages - INCREDIBLE. We went to the Nordic Center and rented cross-country skis/took a lesson, my sister got married at the Keystone Ranch. Beautiful inside and out - the food was fabulous as was the entire staff. The ceremony was outside with the view of the mountains. We have been skiing several other places and they cannot compare as far as a resort - was perfect for our entire family!!

The only reason it's 4 not 5 is because it's mud season when I came. I would love to come back to enjoy the full experience

Lovely condo, great location. Very convenient for skiing. Loved the art work and rustic furnishings. A few things could make this place better: Blue tooth speakers so we can play music that we want. TV - at this point really should be a smart tv and larger. Nothing better than showing our videos of the day from our smart phones on the tv. Some non-stick pans would be nice.Bedroom light randomly turns on, often in middle on night. It uses a hand held remote.

This is a warning NOTHING in Keystone is open!!!! You will literally starve to death in River Run Village!!!!!! The restaurants say they take reservations and carry out they do not!!!! They have maybe 4 restaurants open with a whole village to eat-- when you call for carryout they say oh we don't offer that with Covid. In the meantime, you are stuck on a mountain without food. Stores open and close when they please-- the only market there is dirty and disgusting. I knew when I left that village I would have Covid and my whole family got home and tested positive. Do not go!!!! Worst experience in our life!!!! The actual room was nice and the views amazing but definitely not worth the torture of a whole week. Skiing couldn't even make up for the terrible time we had

The resort was close to the slopes. It was spacious, warm and clean. It was quiet and comfortable. There is a $35 daily fee that is extra that ended up being $57 with taxes and surcharges. I felt like this was dishonest. I also asked for twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and was told that I could have that but when I arrived at our room it was not so.
