Terrible service. Had the sever tell my friends they needed “tip more” (they’re from England and has already tipped 10%).. server was super passive aggressive and snarky. Place wasn’t busy, obnoxious behavior.

You used to be so good! You had the best burgers & nachos in Summit Co. What happened? You removed nachos from the menu and you served us reheated, cold, burgers. I used to tell everyone to come here. We would eat here a dozen times a season. Not everyone wants Vail's cafeteria food. Please bring back the original food!

Tasted like flash cooked frozen burgers and chicken. No one in our party of 5 ate the actual meal. And there is some Keystone resort fee for eating there? Way too much money for what we got. The saving grace was our server. But the food was all around terrible.

Service sucks, has to buss our own table, and pour our own beer, made us tip 20% and they don’t let us split our check, not only that but they also forgot our food ticket, but we got 3/9 meals waited 2 hours for our food and still messed up our order.

This place took forever to get our orders, terrible service. We waited 45 minutes to pay $50 for a two mid burgers. Driving 2 1/2 hours home to get food would have been faster. I wish i could give it zero stars.

Ah yes, this place used to be amazing—emphasis on used to! They really outdid themselves by getting rid of all the good menu options and slapping on ridiculous prices for what’s left. Do yourself a favor and just go upstairs! The 20% gratuity for groups of 5 or more is a nice touch too. The only positive was that our service was mostly good.
Computers weren’t working? Spent 3hrs here not skiiing. Terrible service.

We went on a Thursday for lunch. Had a burger, grilled chicken sandwich, nachos, and soup with salad. All was great, and arrived fast! Get the onion rings!

Food was decent and prices are what we expect on a Mt. We had the nachos and a chicken burger with onion rings. They did take care us with a food sensitivity and for that, I'm grateful.
