Inxpot is a cozy coffeeshop and bookstore with a warm atmosphere, located in a charming little village right at the slopes. The baked goods are excellent, and pastries such as strawberry & cheese and apple turnover are popular choices. The menu offers burritos and sandwiches, including the delicious breakfast burrito and sausage egg and cheese sandwiches. While the "hot" food is microwaved due to the lack of a kitchen, it remains a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and cheerful, creating a welcoming environment. Inside and outside seating are available, making it a perfect spot to relax and read after a day of skiing. The cortado is highly recommended, especially after a long day on the mountain, and the assortment of books adds to the cozy, relaxing atmosphere.
