Very, very busy restaurant at the mountain base, but the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. The host/manager? was kind and professional even amidst the madness trying to get in the door. Thought we’d be waiting forever for a table, but we were sat much faster than we thought. Kids loved their food, and my custome burger was pretty delish! One minor thing was the football games on the tv with people shouting everywhere was kind of overwhelming to the kids. Will be back! But maybe when football isn’t on

The convenience of Kickapoo speaks for itself - but it goes so much beyond that. The folks who work here really work to make your experience special, despite the location being so incredibly in-demand. On New Years Eve, my friends and I came by to enjoy the village a little bit, and were beyond blown away by the restaurant. We had Bob as our server, who was in my top 3 servers ever. Funny, kind, and so incredibly helpful. He gave us advice on how to have a great evening, knew this town incredibly well, and was understanding of our situation. The drinks are strong, as per my friends, and the food is good overall. You do not get as much bang for your buck as you may want, but it is warm and nice, and not horribly expensive. I would absolutely return to the Kickapoo Tavern, especially if Bob is my server again.

I ate here twice in one day. First was a lunch after the slopes at the restaurant. The Cobb salad with grilled chicken was tasty and the service was great. Later that evening, we did take out for 5. Every one said their meal was good. Seems like the “go to” place in keystone village.

Was there with my family, four adults and four children. Waiting time 30 min to be seated, but we ordered cocktails while waiting. There was a little bit of everything on the menu. We placed the order and asked what a person with food allergies could eat. No ingredients are listed on the menu. The server forgot to ask the cook and had to be reminded of the request. One of the kids, not picky, has food allergies, and when we asked for accommodation, the cook was not willing to accommodate or prepare any piece of meat on a foil or bake it in the oven, like a burger patty, steak, or chicken. There was no disclaimer on the menu. All they offered was a plain salad. Got an impression they really didn't care for our business. I left with my child, and the rest stayed. They got charged a 20% gratuity anyway. Very unprofessional place of business. You should do better for your customers. Keystone Resort is family-friendly; you should be too.

Can't comment on the food, but it rubbed me the wrong way that they'll seat endless walk-ins but said they were too busy to take our carryout order. Makes me think they don't really like doing carryout, so they should just own up to it and save people the hassle.

The online waitlist was incorrect via Google. Apparently you have to use a specific app that wasn't listed. The food was mediocre. The service was very slow. The waiter was helpful, but everything took forever to get. We will not go back next visit out.
