Good food in a popular area. Price is to be expected for a resort town. I was surprised at the food variety. The burgers where good. Tater tots are ok. Staff was awesome! Great beer selection. They do have a kids menu.

Great place to grab a bite to eat after skiing or just walking around shopping. Burgers, sandwiches, or even a cup of soup were worth it.

At the base of the River Run gondola, this building has an incredible ski chalet atmosphere attached to it. They have welcoming staff, a beautifully designed menu, and plenty of options for all sorts of cravings after a day of tremendous physical activity. Their reservation system was extremely convenient as the place was filled to the brim with ski-enthusiasts and adventurous mountain-lovers alike. Other than the restaurant exceeding it’s capacity (which made sense given it was a weekend), there are no poor things to say about this quaint Keystone tavern. The Southwest salad was exquisitely plated and the freshness of the delectable, crisp ingredients was absolutely divine! So glad we chose to stop by during our ski trip - I highly recommend!

My Husband, elderly mother, aunt, and 2 year old son got a table while I tried to help my deaf daughter get warm clothes on in the car. When I got the table the server wouldn't let me sit with our family or deaf daughter.

An awesome experience at dinner with my kids! Right at the base of the River Run gondola, this place has incredible ski chalet vibes. Welcoming staff (shout out to our server Liana!) and great menu. Best surprise was how quickly our food was served, and how amazing it was! The Cobb salad was so well plated and delicious, especially with the perfect grilled shrimp added on top! I’ll definitely dream about it! So glad we chose to stop by during our ski vacation and highly recommend!

A PENNY IN MY FOOD? (Yes, an actual cent)In 35 years I’ve never heard of such thing. Hairs? Yeah, sure… but come on… a penny? What was happening in the kitchen? How can a penny get in a customer’s plate? My experience overall was not satisfactory due to several reasons (the penny being the most outrageous one):1. Service was extremely slow. 30 mins to get an order of fries (the easiest thing you can actually serve) and almost an hour to get the actual food out which was a cold Southern bowl (with a penny) and a double impossible meat burger. Other people in other tables we saw order after us got their food before us.2. When the check arrived, they were charging us $10 for a side of fries when the price really is $7. I wonder how many orders get by like that without the customer noticing.3. Everything is absolutely way over priced. $31 for a double burger? I know the price of impossible burgers. Retails at $7-8 for 2 burgers. 12 patties $17. And I am sure they get them priced wholesale so it’s cheaper than meat, unless they are serving cheap meat. Because it’s plant-based you have to charge more? Really? Now, it’s even more outrageous to think a simple bowl with rice, corn, beans, guacamole, and impossible meat was $25. That bowl was no more than $12.4. And of course the damn penny. Luckily I did not bite on it and broke my tooth. That would have not been fun for whoever owns this business.5. My bowl was served cold. (And the table beside us also got their food cold and we were exchanging experiences)Honestly, not recommending the place or coming back.Vegetarian options: They can substitute meat for alternative (impossible meat) and remove dairy upon request.
