The food is excellent and the service was even better. The girl named Pamela was very friendly and very professional.

Place looked great online and the menu looked delicious at first. I went in there with my girlfriend and first got the chips and salsa, immediately tasted something off with the salsa as it was so sweet and did not go down easy, we kept adding hot sauce but even that could not save it. My vegan girlfriend had little to no options and ordered a bean burrito which was presented with a side of HAIR. It was switched out and she was then brought out the wrong order once again. The waiter refused to comp the meal and take accountability. Save yourself the embarrassment and go to the pizza place across Lime.

first of all the salsa tasted like sweet ketchup. it was an abomination and insulting to true salsa. then my burrito comes out, not only does it have cheese on it, which i requested not to, it had a hair in my food. they swap my burrito but also get the next one all wrong, and then bring out my sauce 10 mins later and the sauce had no flavor. literally tasted like water. then when the bill comes, my burrito is on the bill. i barely ate it and it was messed up 2 times! the waiter argued with me and guilted me by saying “if you comp it that comes out of my pocket”. truly horrible experience all the way around. say no to lime.

The main issue with this place was waiting an hour and a half for food when they told me it would be 20 minutes. The food was okay at best. the restaurant was understaffed, and they were doing their best, but if you're going to take an order to go and tell me the real time. I was full off of chips and salsa. Is what it is Resort life. Lol. After a couple of margaritas... my food came, and I walked back to my room. Don't get me wrong, it was a very busy day on the mountain (October fest) be up front with the time.

We love Lime in Keystone, CO. Our bartender/server, Gavin, is the best! He made me a delicious Strawberry Margarita and my husband got the “jawnarita” and he loved it! It was so fresh and delicious! Highly recommend!

Ok first, if you like margaritas get the off menu “Jawnarita.” Our server, Gavin, was awesome! He suggested we try it and it was quite literally the best margarita I have ever had. We didn’t eat so no opinion re the food but if the food is anything like the margarita, you won’t be disappointed.

The food took over an hour to be served. Which would have been fine had the server come by more than every twenty minutes to apologize but not bother to refill drinks or ask if we need anything. I ordered the Tacos Al Carbon (grilled chicken tacos). I received shredded chicken that was over spiced and poorly cooked. The waiter was gracious enough to remove the item form my bill. In fairness, I do believe they were understaffed as it was the offseason. Hopefully they do better in peak
