The food was good; however, the service fell short. Our waitress, who had curly brown hair, was unwelcoming and did not check on our table throughout the meal. We were also not provided plates until we asked the cashier for assistance. Our party was larger than six and had separate tabs, and it felt as though the automatic gratuity may have impacted the level of service we received. Overall, while the food met expectations, the customer service was very disappointing.

My favorite place to go in River Run Village. Their pizza is unmatched. The vibes are incredible and the staff is even better. David is the man!
I’ll start by saying the service was excellent! However the food was absolutely terrible. It was super greasy and cold. The price was outrageous for such terrible food. $130 for pizza is crazy. I would not recommend this place.

We had to wait a while before being served and had a mix up with our checks. Management at the store wasn’t very receptive but the owner was extremely helpful over email. Long story short the food was great and the owner did a great job of making sure everything with our bill was taken care of

Waitress sat us down. We waited for about 30 minutes and no one came to serve us. I get it's a busy time of year, but 30 minutes with no service is abysmal. We left and went to Rotolo's where we were sat and served immediately.

I come all the way to Keystone for most of my ski trips and what I look forward the most are the third mountain and Pizza On The Run! Literally the best pizza ever. The crust is always crisp and flakey, sorta like a liberal, but WAAAAY better.
