One of the best mountain-town dive bars / steakhouses in Summit County. Shoot some pool, order a steak and enjoy the awesome atmosphere of a place steeped in history near the base of keystone mountain. Highly recommend this place for happy hour or if you're craving a steak and a good night out.

My experience at this establishment was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The moment I walked in, the unprofessional attitude of the host set the tone for the entire visit. She appeared uninterested in doing her job, provided inaccurate wait times, and carried herself with an unnecessarily dismissive attitude.
Once seated, our server immediately began aggressively upselling everything—from overpriced drinks to add-ons we never asked for. It felt more like a sales pitch than a dining experience. To make matters worse, the complimentary bread served at the end was clearly stale.
The final impression came when the same host questioned my tipping choice, which was completely inappropriate and uncalled for. Tipping is discretionary and should reflect service quality—something this visit was severely lacking.
Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor service, and low-quality offerings make this a place I would not recommend to anyone

The host with the half-blonde, half-black hair was unprofessional, she had a bad attitude, and came across as a bit creepy. The server wasn’t much better—constantly trying to upsell me on almost everything and showing no real interest in their job. Overall, the poor service completely ruined my experience, even though the food was good. I’d only recommend this place if you’re looking for rude remarks and bad service. Otherwise, you’re better off going to the Subway down the road.

The food and atmosphere were great, but our experience was ruined at the end when a staff member approached our family on our way out after we paid to comment on the amount we tipped. She told us that the “minimum” was higher and made an unnecessary remark about staying within our budget in the future. It was uncomfortable and completely unprofessional — guests should never be confronted or shamed about how much they tip. I hope corporate or management addresses this behavior, because it left a very negative impression after an otherwise enjoyable meal.

Expensive, it’s a dump inside. The bartender barely acknowledged us. We had to go to the bar to get our drinks. Restaurant food was not great. Save your money. You’re not getting quality food or a decent environment.

I am highly impressed with this restaurant for a few reasons. The food was incredible and I love the menu selection. The filet mignon was cooked an absolute perfect medium rare. The atmosphere was perfect, exactly what you'd imagine for an upscale yet comfy cozy mountain steakhouse. I gave service a five based what I observed and our pickup experience which says a lot for a pick up order. Our order was packed with care and consideration as to how it would travel best, explained to us and presented to us. During this, the maybe owner (?) was helping us but also checking the dining room. Next time I definitely want to sit and enjoy the entire experience.

The service was extremely attentive and positive despite our tedious demands. Nothing fazed them instead we were met with smiles and abundant kindness.

Food was over cooked. Could barely get a fork in the prime rib. Had to use steak sauce for flavor and moisture. We were over charged and they had fees on split bills. Fees on shared plates, and fees on paying with debit card. This was the most expensive place we ate in Keystone and the worst food we had.

Good food and service!
This place should not be fine dinning. Way over priced, horrible service. Would not recommend or ever come back
My husband and I eloped in Dillon with our close friends and family. No restaurants in the Dillon area or surrounding areas were willing to accommodate us while providing a few separate checks. Snake river saloon not only accommodated us but went above and beyond with the set up and communication. They checked in with me the morning of our wedding not only to touch base about the reservation but also to wish us good luck and congratulations on our wedding. The staff was so sweet, our waitress was amazing, and the food was perfect. We plan on returning to the area for our anniversary every year and we will definitely be having our anniversary dinner at the saloon every year as well.
Thank you again to the amazing owner and staff. You guys played a huge roll in best day of our lives and we will forever be thankful for you.
