Fantastic! Squeezed us in on a super busy night when traffic was backed up and the pass was closed. They were super busy, and I appreciate the staff coming over to let us know they would be with us in a minute. Food and service were fantastic! Thank you!

I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and burdensome at a bar before in my life! We are pretty chill and easy going people, and never complain, but we will not be going back. The bar staff completely ignored us for 30 minutes, (despite sitting front and center), until finally someone noticed us empty handed and asked us if we needed menus. We ordered one wine, one beer, and dinner. Food was ok at best, and once it was delivered, nobody checked on us to see if we needed anything - my husband had a baked potato and not once was he asked if he needed salt and pepper, it truly seemed like we were nobody’s. The kicker was when I asked for a 2nd glass of wine from the blond bartender, she replied with “ok,” in the most annoyed voice - like I was bothering her! We’ve always been 20-25% tippers, but these folks only got 15% out of us, and that was even a stretch to do. Unless you’re a stoned snow hippie, and have low expectations , don’t expect good service from the bar.

We waited too long for a server to greet our table. Then she acted like we were a bother. She was not friendly at all. The prime rib was terrible. The home potatoes were ok but i should have gotten a Baked potato. Adult night was not a good night. 😥

Dietary restrictions: Accommodated my son with food allergies to milk and egg. Made him a great steak and veggies.

Excellent food. Extremely polite workers here. I came first day with my family and ate the ribeye. Perfect!!! Came on eve again two days later and had trout. Marvelous as well.
I’m very happy with the whole experience.

Look maybe it's because I am not use to rude & unsociable folks being from the south but food was good, drinks were ordered & was told Bloody Mary were not on the menu even though they were on menu. It's a BAR that's doesn't serve Bloody Mary's. Make that make sense.

I was frustrated over the limited menu when Apple Maps shows it open at 4 but the bar menu only available until 5. That's not their fault. The Long Island ice tea would have killed most it was so strong.
The fire place was nice & warm but really disappointed in the terrible service from waitress & bar staff. Overall was good not great food was great overall 5 out of 10

Food and staff were great! Kids steak was sizable and cooked to perfection. Grilled salmon was delicious. Veggy lasagna tasty and huge. Crowded on Friday night, and we forgot to make a reservation, so we sat in the Saloon, which had live music, which was good, but we prefer quieter atmosphere

This place was a wonderful conclusion to my family's vacation. I ordered the Chilean sea bass and it was wonderfully prepared, the fish was fresh with a nice hint of sweetness. The mash and vegetables made for a wonderful compliment. The chef here definitely knows what he is doing !

My experience at Snake River Saloon was extremely disappointing. Upon arriving, I waited 20 minutes just for someone to bring water to my table. After that I waited another 30 minutes without any service being provided. Faced with such disregard, I decided to leave
On my way out, when I tried to express my indignation, the person in charge of collecting customers was rude which made the experience even more manifest.
I do not recommend this place and I certainly will not be returning. Customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately, that is far from the case here.

From the moment we walked in, the service was slow and unfriendly. Our server seemed overwhelmed and took ages to take our orders. I was met with a sigh and a reluctance that made me feel like I was asking for too much.
