I came in twice last week, the first time around lunch was quite busy but the service was great and moved quickly, the food and coffee was hot. A few days later I came in around 330pm and they said their machines were down and they were not serving any food or drinks and were closing at 4pm. I was bummed about that but they allowed me to stay in the waiting area with my baby anyway so I was very grateful. All the employees were very friendly

Starbucks is not open. Do not go to Keystone thinking you are going to eat and drink because you will not-- nothing is open except for a Crepe stand that take 45 min to get a crepe because its the only place to eat

I would give it no stars if I had the option. Came in before closing. I was sitting down with my family, and I was literally kicked out by the supervisor Ella Young. She was extremely rude. I asked if I could finish my drink, but all I got from her was a "I don't care, you need to leave now" Not the way to treat tourist or people at all.

The worst service ever. Supervisor ELLA YOUNG was a heartless, rude person. Literally they kicked us out of the place while we were enjoying the drinks that they were “very kind” to sell us. It was only 4:08. PM when she stand by the door to signal us with her finger the way out of the place. Seriously, if they didn’t want us to enjoy our drinks and wanted to close at 4:00 PM they could have told us that all the beverages sold 10 minutes before 4:00 needed to be to go drinks. This lady ELLA YOUNG shouldn’t be the supervisor at a Starbucks. She needs some really good extensive training on how to treat customers. What a shame Starbucks!

Busy, with limited seating due to the skiers. Ordered a pumpkin cold brew and it was absolutely awful! I’ve had this at several other locations this season and love it, but the one I got here seemed to be watered down, and was absolutely disgusting. I made it through half a venti and just gave up on it. The only person who seemed to know what it was when I ordered was the manager, the cashier didn’t even know how to ring it up. Awful experience at this place.
