First off the guy was super nice, but you can obviously tell that he’s very new here and should not be left in the store alone. I come here once a week usually it’s pretty good. It is what it is, but I’m just tired of this subway skimping their customers this way. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak (pretty much every time I go) which usually gets three scoops of meat. The kid was arguing with me saying no it only gets two on a foot-long and told me he would have to charge me double meat if he put any more meat on my sandwich. Guy is not trained..train your employees. me and two other kids ran a subway in high school super easy not very hard to run. Also happened again on another occasion when I asked for them to put the ham on my BMT and they charge me double meat for A regular sandwich.

Ordered online. Bread was chalk after being toasted. Put about half as meat on there as there should have been. One of the gals behind the counter rolled her eyes when I asked the other employee about my cookies that they forgot. Come on y’all. It’s not that hard.

Been here twice first time the sandwich was overloaded with mayo but I tried it a second time as it is the cheapest meal in town but a sub without mayo and the second time they wouldn’t make my order because the ovens don’t work anymore. Wouldn’t compromise refund only. I order online so this is a huge waste of time. Won’t be back. I’d rather spend more money to not have low quality and effort food by employees and owners who just don’t care.
Literally put a pinch of meat in one corner of the sandwich and sent it out missing almost all the ingredients, I don’t know if this person really hates their life or just doesn’t like other people, but definitely won’t be ordering from here anytime soon

Online hours for this location show 7:30 AM we stopped on our way in to grab breakfast, 7:30 and still not open so we walk up to the door just to see the small print sign that says they open at 8:00. Huge inconvenience and we would have stopped somewhere else on our way in. Warning to anyone coming in… don’t expect this location to be open at 7:30 so grab something on your way in, Einstein's opens at 7:00 I know!

Fix the opening time that says 7:30am. Sticker on the window says 8:00am open. We come up early to ski to get good parking. 30 minutes compromises our ideal parking space.
