Went to this restaurant for the first time on October 31,2024. I have stage 4 cancer and on a special diet which prevents me from eating meat. There is nothing on the menu without meat so I tried to order a side potato and a side salad and the server who was dressed as a joker or a clown or something with black hair said, no you cannot order a side. The other people with me said, I can’t eat meat for medical reasons and this extremely rude girl/ server said, “well then you shouldn’t come to the Grand Old West!” Rudest most inconsiderate person I have encountered in a very long time. I will never go back to this restaurant ever again
Vegetarian options: There are zero vegetarian options on the menu. And I do mean zero and the rude server would not make an exception

We came here for dinner with our family. Half of the party was there before the rest. Once the rest of the party was there we sat for about 20 minutes without any service. One of the people went to the bar to ask for our server and the guy said "she should be over in awhile." We finally caught her and called her over saying we were ready to get our drinks and order. One of the guys in our group wanted to order a side salad and baked potato. The server said it wasn't allowed and was very adamant about that. We said he was a vegetarian with a medical condition and she said "Well you shouldn't have come to the Grand Ole West." Absolutely RUDE. Some people tried to get their orders changed to a baked potato and she wouldn't let them because it came with fries or what have you. We got several eye rolls from her. We got to my order and I was finally able to get a baked potato for him. We got offered refills one time. After years of going here I believe tonight was the last.

Well waited for 45 minutes or drinks for 8 people so it was awesome. still waiting I guess. Seems it isn't wasn't it used to be for some reason. Maybe next time it will be the way it was.

I’ve been working in a forest near Kremmling with my fire crew doing fire mitigation and general forestry work. Yesterday happened to be a day I was able to get to town early enough to eat actual food, or so I had hoped. I walked in the door and saw that there was a sign that said “ please seat yourself” or something along those lines. I took a seat at the bar because most of the dinning seats and tables were taken and the only tables open had not been bussed yet. I sat there waiting at the bar for almost a half an hour before I left. No one greeted me, no one offered me a drink, I one offered me a menu. I looked directly at multiple serves and the bar tender and nothing. In fact, the bar tender refreshed everyone’s drink and just looked past me. I watched a group of hunters come in and another large group come into me and get served right away. Once I noticed they gave service to the large group that came in after me, I threw my arms up and left. I was considering taking my fire crew here before we leave to our next forest project, but not chance in hell.
