My friend and I had been in Colorado for an elk hunting trip. Almost every restaurant we stopped at offered a green chili, which was something that we hadn’t heard of before and a sample at one restaurant was not to our liking. We were passing through Kremmling on Oct 29th, 2024. We stopped at the Moose Cafe and we were excited to see red chili on the menu. We ended up ordering a second bowl. The waitress was very busy, but was very friendly as well. We marked it down as somewhere we would like to go back to.

Dietary restrictions: They had gluten free toast. Good simple food.
Coffee: Ordered Colombian medium roast fresh brewed served in tall sturdy ceramic cup. Bean was delicious and served perfect temperature. Condiments were easy to find and really liked cream on serving bar which allowed cream ratio to taste before you walked away. Unlimited refills made price moot. Note: Hot Coco is fresh made. Had a dozen food offerings.
Service was friendly and knowledgeable. Owner/brew master knew his craft.
Cozy and spacious with solid wifi. Spacious waiting area for orders. Several customer were on laptops working away. Restrooms were clean and entire established felt more like a home than a business. Really enjoyed the plants and skateboard art collabs. Pro Tip: Wi-fi password display on serving counter.
