“ABSOLUTELY horrible!! I called in for a lunch special Bierocks with soup. they said it will be ready in 10 minutes. took me 15 minutes to get there was told it wasn't ready yet. I waited another 10 minutes. I got to my truck opened the box took a bite COLD food!! ABSOLUTELY no filling in that Bierock just bread and some onion looked for cabbage none to be found.. Also a Bierock and a cup of pre-made soup should not be $15.00”

“I came for pizza on my only night in la junta and was blown away by the community I was welcomed to. The pizza was my most economical meal of my trip and it was the best tasting pizza I’ve had in years. I took home one of each cannoli for dessert and wow oh wow. If I died that night I would’ve died happy. Awesome place.”

“I'm hoping just a fluke that the Seseme Chicken was old or overcooked because that's the first time I couldn't chew my food because it's firmness was just that uncomfortably hard and difficult to eat; and, yes, I've all my teeth. I should've ordered the Curry Chicken because it's the best I've ever had anywhere.”

“Bison burger & cheese burger was tasty. Real fries! Chile relleno was excellent. Margaritas delish! Waitstaff was prompt and kind even though they were extremely busy. Will be back next time we travel via La Junta!”

“I never goe to bars but on Valentine's Day I wanted to do something different so me and my non drinking friend decided to go to BJ's and I would have a drink. My friend had been there msny times when he did drink. My knows EVERYONE in the Arkansas River area. So I had fun meeting the people he knew.
If you are into sports memorabilia the walls are covered along with glass display cases full of interesting stuff.
There's a couple pool tables, darts. Plus several big screen TVs showing a few different games, instead of showing the same game on all of them. Overall the place was clean.
The service was great and everybody was friendly. We are in La Junta Colorado which is a small town so not too many bars but seems to be the most popular one in town
If you are driving along Hwy 50 going through South East Colorado go check out BJ's tell em Debbie sent you. They will say Who? Who's Debbie? Because like I said I've only been there once. But I think it would be funny when and if I ever go back I will introduce myself. Hi, I'm Debbie.
They'd ask are you the Debbie who I keep getting travelers in who say "DEBBIE SENT ME" LOL!!”

“I would not recommend this place at all. They discriminate against people with disabilities and even kick out a American Veteran with a Service Dog who was in her full service dog vest clearly stating SERVICE.DOG DO NOT PET. This man here does not care about the laws, about people with disabilities in any form. it it's against the law Federally and State to discriminate someone with a service dog. this place does not deserve to be open!”

“Always a solid, lower cost, pizza option. They didn't have any lunch combos ready as advertised though. We, and the car ahead of us were parked for around 15 minutes each to get 3 combo meals between our vehicles.”
