The food is poor. Don’t waste your time. The dishes are soupy in premade sauce with stale vegetables and cheap meat. Uncooked and plain fried rice. There are other options in town.

Really surprised about the high quality of food for this place being in a smaller city. Ordered the Hawaii Beef and wife ordered the seafood delight. Service was quick and efficient. The prices under $40 for two people with entrees and drinks. Probably our new favorite Chinese place.
Some people like all the restaurant noise but this place is quiet and that was a nice change. This place stays busy though.
If you are in southern Colorado this place is worth the drive.

the food is mediocre, which is fancy fine dining in La Junta, but there is almost none of it on the plate, & it is overpriced...
& they are RUDE, instead of showing minimal appreciation to customers for paying for child-sized portions of mediocre food with decent recipes but prepared poorly & having tipped for it, too, despite minimal wait service... & also instead showing themselves & their business partners just the basic dignity & respect not to shame a customer out the door permanently to have it done less than 30 seconds earlier than it would have taken to permit the customer to just calmly but quickly finish gathering our things to leave without having been insulted by getting interrupted (as ironically, preventing us from gathering our things to leave unhindered, as passive-aggressively) as insultingly & mind-bogglingly unnecessarily, & rushed out the door maybe a full 10 seconds faster than we were already obviously hurrying to leave, just so as to allow the customer to feel comfortable digesting the exorbitantly overpriced overcooked poorly prepared tiny little snack & try to feel good about it despite those conditions having already been so painfully obvious, much less, to allow us to feel comfortable about ever returning to pay for bad food & bad service there ever again, rather than heavily obligating us to warn others against wasting precious time, money, appetite, & otherwise good mood, on their family's restaurant.
obviously, part of the problem is that there are few if any places to eat in La Junta, much less decent places...
one might guess perhaps maybe are they too slow & ignorant to have figured out that shaming people into leaving town is obviously liable to lose our business significantly before having rushed us to leave town, but apparently must be making more than enough profit overcharging for scant rations of poorly prepared food that they obviously can lose considerably more business without really having to worry about it.

First time eating here and we enjoyed it. The food was good, the menu was huge and the service was good too. Go early as they got really busy later in the evening. Lots of families eating here.
