Dining options are tight in La Junta, but this place knows how to grill a steak!! Perfectly done medium-rare almost as good as I make myself. Only knock is that I added mushrooms and onions and while the mushrooms were perfect, the onions were basically raw. Not the end of the world if you like raw onions on your steak, but I was expected them to be sautéed, if not caramelized. Oh well. I scraped ‘em off and enjoyed the steak without them just fine!
Absolutely one of my favorite places to eat in La Junta. Great spot for a meal for one, date, or a good lunch with friends. The ambiance and service is warm and inviting. Whatever you choose to eat is bound to be delicious.
