Just stopped by traveling through town and saw this place so family decided to stop by and try it out. Sooo glad we did!! We had been on the road for a couple of hours and still have about another 5 hours to go and was very pleased with the breakfast burritos!!! Fast, fresh and friendly ❤️ this will be our go to place every time we come through! Wish we would’ve known about it sooner

First time here as we were just traveling trough. The breakfast steak, egg and cheese burritos were huge! We could have ordered one and split it between the two of us. The burritos was heaping with steak. The drinks were priced a bit high tho. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stop by and grab a burrito and skip the drinks. Very satisfying tho.

I happened to love these fast food Mexican restaurants really love the shredded beef tacos the beans and rice are delicious they happen to have a little salsa bar up front for the people that are eating in the restaurant the salsa was really good I will be going back please keep the salsa bar up and running when I get there LOL thank you guys

If you want authentic and a great value, look no further than Mauricio's. The three taco rolls with guacamole for under $5 are an exceptional deal. I'd also recommend the carnitas taco. The quality brought me back to Mexico.

The food and service were fine, but they had TVs all over the restaurant that were very loud, and it got pretty annoying after sitting there for 10-15 minutes, waiting for our food. There also was a bathroom, but it's only for employee use only. Total cost for 5 people was just barely under $90.

I was pulling a trailer so i needed a place to eat that i could get in n out of and Mauricio's Taco Shop was the place. Real Mex food at good prices. Birria tacos & burritos, creamy smooth beans and fluffy cooked rice! Then you have the 10 or so house made condiments and salsas ... yum. Atmosphere? Put some shades on the windows and turn on KFVR-FM 94.7, La Fiebre Tejano radio out of Pueblo ..... and you would believe you were in Mexico!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I told them THREE TIMES in English AND in Spanish that I could not have peppers and cilantro in the food. They LIED to me that there were no peppers in the dish. They stuffed the burrito with peppers and smothered the taco in cilantro. $20 straight to the garbage!!!!

I’ve eaten here now for 2 years and this place is the best Mexican food in the valley.. Chili Verde very much worth getting every time. Also the shredded beef tacos are just perfect!! Both sauces red/green have a place on each dish. I get both with my food… breakfast lunch and dinner all have been done well.. Amazing service and food is always on point.. My favorite spot in La Junta!!
