Place says it’s open till midnight, went in at 8pm ordered a large pizza a personal pizza and 2 salad bars after getting our salad we waited 15 minutes for them to get us silverware, then were asked if we got enough salad because they were shutting it down mind you we just got a small plate. We asked for no cheese on the personal pizza due to one of the kids being lactose small pizza comes out 20 min after the large and it has cheese on it . They said they would remake it , we didn’t get the pizza till we were leaving and it was burnt to crap the lady said she was sorry the guys shut the oven off on it and she didn’t know

Ordered over the phone got the call center (huge language barrier)and ordered the big box. They gave me cheese sticks instead of bread sticks I ordered mild wings and didn't get them at all. This was a delivery but ended up being door dash. we called and they said they couldn't do anything because they were closing so they made a ticket for the manager the next day who turns out wasn't in the store and won't be for a few days so they still couldn't do anything. I ordered and paid for a meal that I still have not gotten. Not happy I paid ridiculous prices for food and service I never got.

One of the worst locations in Colo bypass this location in la junta. Slow as hell service wether you go in or order online. We ordered 3 pizza online received them 30 min late plus customer service is horrible, skimpy skimpy toppings, dirty location franchise greed has hit this location but man they r fast at grabbing the money from ur account. Honestly I am surprised this location has not closed down. You hardly see any vehicle during the day or evening plus online reviews are spot on. We like Dominoes and every now and then hit up Little Caesars way better then pizza hut. Plus they have customer service and do care about their customers.

This place has gone down hill. Don't bother if you have diet restrictions. They will just throw whatever they feel like on it. And trying to send it back is a nightmare, the phone just goes to a call center or they never answer. All my recent orders have been messed up. I think I'll just stop ordering until I hear of some improvement in this location.

Gloria, the manager, is always ready to serve you with a smile. The restaurant is always clean, and the lunch buffet is so inviting that I almost had it also when I went in for my pick-up order! Oh, and of course, the pizza is hot and delicious, as well as all the other delicious menu items that The Hut offers! See you there!

I hadn't had Pizza Hut for quite awhile because last time I Ordered food to go.It came out like fifty bucks for a medium pizza a side dish a couple lava cakes. My friend took me there recently and it wasn't as expensive as I remembered, but still expensive. We got a very tasty three topping large pizza and wings and it was very good.
