I was charged 75 cents for 1 buffalo sauce cup. Keep this up and sales for your establishment will stay low. You have various competitors in this area. I would rate this a 2 you buy a drink and they give you all ice and barely any pop to drink. You only get 4 drinks and it’s already gone they are stingy with there pop .😡 I spend lots of money for what a cup of ice when I ordered a pop .

The sonic in la Junta was empty for a Friday night that was surprising but I understand after eating there the chilly dogs must have been sitting for awhile the buns were hard and crunchy and found that if you want any dipping sauce for your order of popcorn chicken it was $0.75 total $1.50 extra for two buffalo sauces one for each order of the two orders of chicken nuggets a then the vanilla shake was half shake and half whipped cream at that price now I understand why on a Friday night it was so empty and only had a couple of employees working there

We went to get drinks after the game. We ordered online and waited 10 minutes for 4 drinks. We pressed the button to see what was taking so long and the lady said it would be right out. A gentleman came out and explained they didn't have large cups and can give us two medium since they were out of route 44 cups also. We asked for a drink carrier since we would have extra drinks. Waited another 5 min, gentleman came back with the drinks without no drink carrier. He had to go back to get the carrier and two of the drinks were wrong. 25 minutes later we were done and have to leave. Only a couple cars in the stalls.

We went through the drive up but I'll tell you my husband ordered a cheeseburger with no onions. The hamburger not fresh at all was cold. Plus it had onions on it. Thought would be fresh for we had to wait so long. Plus my hot dog was cold just not the lunch we had counted on. Sonic is better than this, I know it is....

Went here to pick up some food quick and sat for about 30mins that is not customer service that is being lazy on the server’s behalf. There is nine cars in the stalls and there are 5 in the drive threw. Like seriously where is the customer service that Ik everyone is taught coming to work for this company. It isn’t supposed to be 40mins this is supposed to be 10mins or less and leave! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!!!

Terrible service, terrible ownership, close this location down, waited 40 minutes at 2 different stalls still no answer, went to drive through, got told they didn't have anything I wanted, called the store, manager said staff shortage issue, if you don't want to hire people close the place down

It’s so mind bogglingly slow. I pulled in at 6:05, ordered a drink, mozzarella sticks, and a pretzel, so not a feast. I got my food 20 minutes later. And there was a shard of plastic in my ice tea. I generally try to be nice to businesses, but the wait times are atrocious and plastic in my drink isn’t excuse able.

This store should not be in business. Got a supersonic burrito that the scrambled eggs had hard crusty edges and was a torn apart burrito that was made into supersonicand was cold. This was in no way made fresh although we had to wait for it. Got the new groovey fries that should come with the sauce and of course it was missing. They say you can't get a root beer float with a combo meal. I got hot coffee it was bitter and old coffee that was cold. This is not the first bad experience and we give the benefit of the doubt that it will change but it only gets worse. Don't waste your money at this store.

Ordered through the app but it didn’t work and when my mom asked the worker about it she just kept screaming “I don’t know” worst customer service ever. We were trying to ask about a refund since we wouldn’t be getting our food. She was supposedly “the manager” we will never be going there ever again.
