The gentleman with the angel tattoo on his neck is the best sandwich artist I’ve ever encountered. There is no doubt in my mind he will be highly successful at anything he does. As today he decided to be the best sandwich maker in Colorado possibly the world and did it with absolute perfection!

I bought a 6 in sub meal. One of the works made the sub and rang me up. I didnt pay attention to the amount until I was down the road a bit. I realized they charged for a 12 in all American club and I got a 6 in turkey. I was about 10 minutes away but turned around. When I went back the I brought my receipt and food in. I asked the worker for a partial refund. Mistakes happen and not a big deal. The man immediately got defensive and said that I told him a 12 in all American. I said I did not tell him that, in fact he didnt ask me as he made it. I told him that the women in front of me ordered that sub not me. He immediately said that I was not being truthful and that I would have to wait for someone else to come up and help me. There were no other customers so I didnt understand why he did not go get this other person from the back. He just stood there and kept saying it was my fault and I told him that. I did try to reason with him and say its not a big deal but he continued to get rude with me. Matthew eventually came out and at first advised I would have to come back as the manager with the code was not in. I explained to him I would not be back as the worker was completely unprofessional and honestly I felt threatened by the fact he was so aggressive over a mistake he made. Matthew called the manager and was able to resolve the issue and gave me some of my money back. I appreciated his effort however the other worker made me so uncomfortable I will not return here.

2 things, one the guy at the counter Justin I think it was. He need to work in the back on carry out orders or in a warehouse because he just doesn't know how to talk to customers, he's just kind of rude and stand offshore. Secound I can't order this online because they never toast the online orders and then they just don't taste right so they need some quality control there.

Me and a friend of mine with their for lunch. We got a meal deal for $6.99 which was a footlong sandwich chips and a drink. I love the tuna sandwich along with 2 cookies instead of chips.

The little girl who was working there tonight, (I think her name is Aileen), was so patient with the very rude woman who was in front of me tonight. This woman was rude and loud. The girl behind the counter was so sweet and patient even though the woman kept yelling at her. Wonderful customer service to a customer who did not deserve it!

One of the best subways I've ever eaten at! I used to work at a Subway with my sister and, I The majority of the time get disappointed when I go and they have poor service and quality. However, this Subway is top notch, because it has great service, clean bathrooms, clean facility, and great food! That's why I gave it a five star!

Give that woman who worked yesterday a raise! It was beautiful to see the efficiency in how she worked and was delightful to talk to, excellent customer service, take notes people lol. If she's reading this, we did make it back to Arizona alright and yes, it rained A LOT lol.
