Over all it’s fine. But you don’t get greated by staff and trying to get staff to even notice you are in the store is like pulling teeth. It forces people to have to use the kiosk. The food is well the food which is not change. If I could I would give one start just based on the staff alone

This restaurant is the worst. Rude, inconsiderate, Incompetent, employees. I have never been so disrespected by fast food workers. They acted like they are entitled, and demanding. I refuse to spend my money on companies that enable bad behavior

My recent experience at this location was downright horrible. The dining area and food prep area were a total mess. They had two employees on break. The food wasn't prepared with care or fresh ingredients. This location has lost all soul to cater to its customers.

Don't expect to get what you order and pay for. Asked for three supreme soft tacos with no lettuce and got what you see in the photos. Asked for Extra chicken on my quesadilla and only got a lot of extra cheese and some pieces of lettuce. Waste of time and money and I was in a hurry to get my kid from school so I couldn't go back and complain directly. Steer clear of this place.

The burrito Supreme was a mess it was poorly rolled...first you need to put your condiments in the center of the tortilla fold both sides to the center and then fold into a roll I was not happy my burrito fell apart

Music in the dining room was so loud the cashier couldn't hear to take our order. I sat outside in the heat just to hear myself think. Ended up throwing food away and leaving. The refried beans were both runny and undercooked. Manager had a horrible attitude.

I have no idea who’s responsible but I ordered DoorDash delivery and it was the 12 pack of tacos that normally come in a box side by side. Instead, I got 12 tacos in a sealed bag on top of each other which resulted in smashed tacos and the sauces I paid extra for were not put in the order! This is not door dash this was a lazy employee who failed to follow the procedures. This Taco Bell in bueno! This ultimately results from poor management that is unaware or doesn’t care. Just fyi
