The lobby was freezing as soon as we walked in. My husband had to wait for the workers to leave the men's restroom and was told to not use the urinal. (Apparently someone had used it for something else and clogged it.) I ordered a chocolate frosty and question fries. I got a frosty with part of it dripping down the side of the cup, no lid. The queso fries that were handed to us was a small basket of fries with still cold shredded cheese on top. Ot wasn't until after my husband took them back that they said they were waiting for the cheese sauce to heat up. All the employees were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

This Wendy's is open until 11:00 p.m. on Tuesdays. I pulled into the drive-thru at 10:54 p.m. on Tuesday night, there was a car in the Drive-Thru being served, yet when I pulled up I was told they were closed. It was not yet 11:00. If a business puts their hours up on their doors and on the internet as 11:00 p.m. closing time then consumers should be able to order up until 11:00. This happens all too frequently with many businesses, particularly restaurants, it will not hurt the employees to stay open until the actual closing time and serve the customers that are waiting. It is not too much to ask particularly when the hours posted say 11:00 p.m.

I get extremely rude people who take my order even though I try to be nice, then they forget that the window is open and I criticized for ordering a meal with no pickles or tomatoes, after paying nearly $20 for my food I really didn't need to be treated that way, and the host was Deanna according to my recipe .

Everything here at Wendy’s used to be good, until they hired lazy people who don’t know or care about doing their job good. The fries are cold and often times burnt. I always order a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger from there and the bacon is either always raw, or they’re very stingy with putting bacon. I checked right now and there’s is only one tiny piece of bacon on my burger. They need to get new employees who actually know what they’re doing and actually care about customer satisfaction.

They shorted me a chicken BLT. They often have missing items. The crisoy xhucjen should also be juicy, i got a pretty flat dry piece of chicken. Other than that, I always get good service!!
