Great coffee shop! Coffee is delicious and the atmosphere is very La Veta (laid back and inviting)! They serve VERY large muffins and cookies.

Friendly service, Tasty coffee. They only have Stevia and Sweet'n'Low for artificial sweeteners, both of which have terrible aftertastes. My review would have been 5 stars if they had Sucralose (Splenda) for my coffee, or even Aspartame (Equal). Instead I added a hundred calories of pure sugar to my coffee.
I like checking out local coffee shops when I travel. I had an Americano, so can't comment on their more involved drinks. The coffee was good and the atmosphere was nice for spending a little time checking emails. However, the wi-fi was so slow that I gave up trying to use it on my laptop and had to resort to using my cell phone coverage (AT&T) for data. I was also hoping for breakfast; however, they only had muffins and cookies, both of which were homemade and looked delish, but I did not indulge.

Sad to hear this place is getting sold. I hope it keeps going! It’s been our spot to stop when in the area.The hot drinks do come HOT though. If traveling, you might want to grab some ice for them.

Paradise Coffee in La Veta is the place to get your early morning latte and warm scones. Full of locals which is always a good sign. Lots of seating inside and out on the patio. Start you day off right.
