Our server was terrible. Our food was cold. Then there was this: We were told the table was heated but the heat wasn't on. We asked the server multiple times to turn it on and she kept saying it was on... basically brushing us off... finally after an hour we got up to turn it on ourselves and immediately heard it turn on. It was never on to begin with like she kept saying. Super frustrating.

Loved the environment, the drinks were delicious and the food was tasty. Friendly wait staff as well :)

We indulged in the appetizers & didn't save room for dinner! Brussel sprouts, truffle fries & fried green tomatoes. Beat tomatoes I've ever had! Our waitress (Tori D) was exceptionally knowledgeable and very helpful with recommendations. Cider flights & donut flights best ever! Would definitely come back to try the other ciders & main dishes we couldn't finish!

We have been to Acreage several times and it never disappoints! The views of the Flat Irons are amazing! Try to sit outside on the deck. Servers are always super attentive but not too much. The food is above what you might expect at a "tasting room" with a lot of choices, my favorite was the Wagyu Ruben and the Cider Doughnuts can NOT be overlooked for a nice finish to any meal.

The only thing that could have been better is the weather, but the rain stayed away even though the clouds covered part of gorgeous view. Max was great. He knew the menu and gave us great advice. We enjoyed our flights and everything we ordered—especially the fried green tomatoes!

Great atmosphere and views! We love the cider, fries, & salads. Love all the seating options. We love the covered outdoor deck! :)

The best thing about Acreage is arguably its location, with an incredible view of the Front Range. The next best thing is the cider, with a large range of lovely flavors. The worst thing is that it can get a little crowded. It's odd though because the parking lot(s) always seem jammed but there is typically space inside. We always enjoy going to Acreage, it's one of our favorite spots.

The vibe is very cool and the outdoor playground is great for kids. Our meal and drinks were delicious. However, the poor service we received far outweighed the good. We made a reservation and were not seated until 15 minutes after. They were very busy, so we were understanding. What made us extremely frustrated is that after we were served, no one came to greet us. After 20 minutes of waiting, I went to the front desk to request a server. Still, no one came to greet us. Finally, after another 10 minutes, someone came to greet us and we received our drinks and food in a timely fashion. Yet, we did not see another server until finally we tracked one down to close out our ticket. For such a high end place, we expected better service. We would have loved to order more drinks, but not once did someone ask us if we would like more. For the price we paid for our meal, the service was so poor and unorganized and therefore, I'm rating this restaurant a solid 2.

Everything was amazing. The cider flight was delicious and the onion dip and chips were the perfect appetizer. Beautiful location and super friendly staff.

I arrived early for an outdoor reservation with two little kids and a dog and was told a table would actually be ready soon. After waiting 50 mins avoiding the sun (without a text notifying me our table was ready) we were sat at a table without an umbrella. I went inside and requested an outdoor table with shade, to which I was told those were reserved for parties larger than mine so we left.

Awesome service for being outside. Really good cider. Attention to details. Good at managing food allergies. Gorgeous view.

We sat outside and ordered from the food truck. Was very busy. Food decent. Views amazing. Food expensive for just burgers and fries.

Nice place, beautiful views. Only disappointed by the smallest $9 cocktails I’ve ever seen.

We booked the Mountain View room as well as the Outside Deck to host a welcome party for my son’s wedding weekend. We could not have been happier with the service and friendliness of the staff. The views were gorgeous, the food delicious and everyone had a great time.
It was a great spot for our event and a great way to start off the celebrations in a relaxed setting. All our needs were met for the evening.

I want to start out by saying that I recognize that food service is a tough job and I know that everyone is doing their best, but wow did we have a horrible experience on Wednesday, July 30. We made a reservation for nine people to celebrate my daughter's 22nd birthday. We arrived half an hour early to have a drink outside and checked in with the hostess to let her know that we were there. She said that our table was ready for us but that she would hold it until our reservation time. Everything good so far. Now I'll list what went wrong:
-The bay door to order drinks outside was closed, so we went to the inside bar and were rudely chastised by the bartender for not going to the self serve order spot, which we obviously hadn't noticed.
-When we came inside for our reservation, we were seated at a table that had a stack of dirty dishes with leftover food on them - which was weird since we had been told half an hour before that our table was ready. No one seemed in a hurry to clear the mess and we finally had to find someone to hand it to.
-Our table was set for six people, even though we had a reservation for nine, and repeatedly asked everyone from the waitress to the expo folks for more settings to no avail.
-We ordered appetizers, and then were told that the kitchen was backed up so we should order our entrees right away, which we did. Some appetizers arrived - still not enough place settings - and within five minutes two entrees arrived. About fifteen minutes later, the rest of our entrees arrived, and sometime later, another appetizer.
-The food was seriously so terrible that several of us barely ate anything. The buns on the burgers were stale and cold, and so were the french fries. The only reason we didn't send the food back is that our group had four people who have been, or still are, in food service, and they felt bad for the waitress. Not one person had a meal that they were excited about or would order again. That's zero out of nine people - which is pretty bad. And not anywhere close to worth the $600 we paid for this experience.
