This truck is tucked within the Lafayette lumber yard parking lot and I'm so glad we found it!We ordered breakfast tacos and two breakfast burritos. The tortillas are very nice and soft, the filling is very well balanced with plenty of eggs, meats, and cheese. Been a die hard Santiagos fan for years but a co-worker recommended this place to me today and it's my new favorite for sure, my juevos rancheros were twice the size and cheaper by far . For authentic and affordable Mexican food I recommend this truck 100%

I’ve been going to Amanacer’s aost religiously for the last year and I believe they have the best breakfast burrito in CO that I’ve had. Their green Chile reminds me of home (NM) and the steak is phenomenal. You cannot go wrong here.
