The worst service I ever had The girl that gave us our hotdogs just through them on our trys never will I go there again and the reason I didn't say anything there was because I had my grandkids with me
Ice cream and Blizzards are great, but the menu is quite limited. Hot dogs and chips and only 3 kinds). No burgers. No fries. Disappointing.
Door was open, lights on, food on the counter. no one was inside even after waiting a few minutes. No sign stating a break or anything like that.

Turn off the stupid recording at the speaker box. It’s annoying for the workers inside who are slammed busy and annoying for me as the customer who has to repeat his order. Just turn it off it’s so dumb
Great ice cream cakes, got one for a friend's birthday.
Got the wrong flavor and the workers were licking their fingers while serving my food

Incompetent Staff, Frustrating Experience
8/12/2024 @9:00PM
I recently visited Dairy Queen with high hopes, only to be met with a level of incompetence that was truly shocking. The employees seemed completely overwhelmed and unprepared to handle even the simplest of tasks. From the moment I walked in (because the drive-thru attendant was clueless), it was evident that something was amiss. Basic questions were met with blank stares, and requests were handled with such inefficiency that it was almost comical if it weren't so frustrating.
It's clear that there's a serious lack of training and support for the staff. Their inability to perform even the most fundamental job duties created a chaotic and unpleasant atmosphere. As a customer, I felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued patron. The entire experience was a waste of time and left me feeling exasperated.
It's disheartening to see a business with such potential be held back by its employees. If this is the level of service Dairy Queen is providing, I fear for its future. I would strongly recommend that management address the issue immediately and invest in proper training for its staff.
