Firehouse Subs Lafayette has become a special tradition for many customers on Fridays. The management and staff are exceptional, ensuring delicious sandwiches each visit. The staff is always friendly and the food is hot and the order is accurate. Despite occasional order mishaps, they make it right. Customers appreciate the support for firefighters and enjoy their meals, like the buckets of sandwiches, whenever possible. The service is fantastic, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The sandwiches are yummy and the atmosphere is what you'd expect. Customers stop here after doctor appointments in Boulder and on the way back to Longmont; it is worth the detour! Chef makes the spicy Cajun chicken with Capt Sorensen's hot sauce! And don't forget those pickles!!!
