The girl at the window was rude and I ordered a number eight and she gave me a number one and I left the store. Tried to call the store and it does not go through

Good times is a joke now!! No wonder their stock is worth 1.22 now. No employees, shrink flation size meals, double the prices and gross food! Ohhhh....forgot Pepsi soda fountain....really? That explains it all.
Used to rave about them to out of state friend, now wouldn't let my dog this slop!
Too bad. Almost has gone downhill faster than In&Out

Cannot review the food as they never actually delivered my delivery. They refused to resend the delivery or refund me for the stolen order. I ordered through the website so there's no one else to report this to. When I called I was told that they would not refund me and cannot redeliver. Used to be a regular customer but sadly have to recommend against.

Editing this review in response to the comment below: while I appreciate the response, I still am hesitant to order in the future, as I should not need to complain on Google reviews in order for these types of errors to be made right. Good Times contracts with third party companies in a way that makes it so that customers cannot go to them through normal channels and cannot get in touch with the third party in order to resolve disputes such as stolen orders. I recommend not ordering through the website until they fix this so that customers can resolve issues through normal customer service channels, such as contacting the store.

I used the drive-thru and was served immediately. The cheeseburger was one of the best I've tasted. I wondered why it was so much better and looked up the superior quality beef they source right here in Colorado. I will definitely be back!

They couldn’t tell me the sizes of their drinks, were out of ice cream and got my order wrong. The food was decent though and they were very nice about correcting the order

employees were pretty rude ngl - rolling their eyes at us, complaining about how much food we ordered, watching tiktoks and goofing off at the counter. unpleasant!

It doesn't matter if you're in person or Uber Eats and you ask for some wild sauce (not free) - they charge you for it but don't give it to you. Ever. Always check your bag. Always report.

I got two meals for my wife and I togo. The chili fries had no chili my bacon cheese burger had one piece of bacon. Not to mention the lettuce was shredded like I ordered a taco.
