The food here is truely remarkable. Perhaps the best samosas I’ve ever had outside South Asia. The only dish I was not a huge fan of was the bindi/okra as it had a bit too much sugar/sweetness for me but that’s more a personal preference. Def worth a try!

New favorite indian/nepalese cuisine that is now in rotation. Prices are reasonable and the food is legit excellent. I know some of these places can be a little same-y, but Something about this one is just elevated. Everything is well seasoned, fragrant, fresh. Looking forward to combing through the rest of their menu.
Fried momo and chicken wings are the staple starters. Really great seasoning on them. Chicken tandoori came out absolutely sizzling and meat was tender, had perfect char. The biryani here is next level, it's so fragrant, fluffy and vibrantly seasoned. chowmein, daal and can't remember the other one but it was lamb in a red sauce with rice. Doesn't matter, everything I've ordered is legit amazing. I tend to overorder so I have a couple meals at home!

After spending time in India, I’ve been trying so hard to find a local Indian restaurant that has authentic food. I finally found it at Gundruk! This place is incredible. Very authentic, flavorful food. Everything is perfect.

We recently moved to CO and wanted to find a good Inidan restaurant. This was our first Indian place after doing a bunch od research. To say it was phenomenal would be an understatement. The flavors were utterly perfect and full-bodied. The authenticity was perfectly on-point. I usually take pictures of my food to share, but I was so excited from the smells that I immediately dug in. The service was very nice and prompt. The restaurant was clean and easy to find. Enjoyed every aspect of this visit. Will be back several times! We had the chicken vindaloo, butter chicken, garlic naan, and vege pakora.
