Hands down, the best pastries in Colorado. We knew it was going to be amazing when the line was out the door! We shared an almond chocolate croissant, a pear chocolate croissant (such and amazing combo) and a morning bun. Everything was baked to perfection. And the service and atmosphere was incredible. We can't wait to come back!!

If you need to prep for a colonoscopy go here and order their French onion soup. Not only is it terrible, your pants will be a lot looser.

Is this real life? Did I just find a dead grasshopper, and quite possibly, its guts in my salad? These are not questions you would expect to ask when going to any professional establishment and yet, it appears to be a common and expected occurrence here! Not only am I not alone in my experience, it would seem that I share the same mishandling in said experience.

A grasshopper, cricket, or any other insect, pest, or rodent for that matter, found in the establishment itself is cause for concern. For this to be found in the food prepared in a professionally managed kitchen, regardless of the source of the ingredients, is absolutely appalling.

COLORADO RETAIL FOOD ESTABLISHMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS Document 6 CCR 1010-2 Adopted by the State Board of Health is a public document that shares the expectations of an establishment from a Food Safety and Health perspective and it provides clear guidelines on the necessary requirements for cleanliness in an establishment when it comes to the above-mentioned undesirable creatures.

It would be one thing if I ordered a salad with the expectation of insects to be included in the ingredients. However, when one orders a simple side salad, one should be able to faithfully expect the leafy greens that comprise said salad to be contained therein, with no other surprises.

Because of this experience, myself and my family will no longer be patrons here nor will we recommend it to others. To any other purveyors of this patisserie, please, analyze your food before you consume it.

Ooh Laa Laaaaa!!! Bought a Charlotte cake for child’s birthday and we are all supremely satisfied with the decadent intricacies of the product. We are not a very cake family but it’s so Ooh Laa Laaaaa, we each had a second serving of this heavenly pleasure!! Thanks, Chef! Now we know where to order our cake, and eat it too!!!

Everything was wonderful, .... Except a group of young moms INSIDE the bistro allowing their 6-8 small children OUTSIDE using the seating patio like a McDonald's play place. The management really could have taken a stronger hand with them. I know we were not the only guests in the patio who were annoyed. Our lab is better behaved.

It's rare, but I've got zero complaints. My ham and egg croissant was perfect, large, and very satisfying. Your appetite will be easily satisfied here!

The pastries and food are so delicious (I recommend the morning buns) and the service is always wonderful. I've never been to France but the outdoor area feels authentic with nice music, plants, and a bistro decor.
