“Super excited to finally have this location near me — so happy they’re now in Colorado! I’ve had their ice cream before in LA and Las Vegas, so I already knew how amazing it was, and this location did not disappoint. The ice cream was incredibly flavorful and tasted so fresh. Salady is such a fun and refreshing little find in Westminster. I love that they offer Korean inspired bowls and salads; it’s not something you see often in this area. The ingredients taste really fresh, and I especially like the soba noodle bowl with beef rib after a workout, super flavorful without feeling heavy.

That said, the service can be a bit hit or miss. The staff is friendly when you’re there in person, but I’ve noticed some inconsistency with to go orders. A couple of times dressings or toppings were missing, which is a little frustrating. Still, the food itself makes up for it, and when everything goes smoothly it’s such a great healthy option for lunch or dinner. I’d definitely recommend giving it a try, just double check your take out bag before leaving. 🥗🫜“

“First time at Bonchon! What a great experience and restaurant for Korean style chicken wings and other Korean/asian dishes. The food was hot (temperature) and the flavor was on point. Anthony was our server and he was very helpful and polite. The inside of the restaurant was clean and welcoming. It was a great touch to have tv's in the bar area to keep us with the news or watch the games if you're there during game days. Highly recommend and we'll be back again to try other dishes.“
