Don't know when they changed the ownership. Restaurant is clean, especially the restroom is remodeled and clean. The owner checked several times if everything okay. Pho broth tastes very good. The only disappointment is meats are way too less and the portion is small.

This is my favorite pho restaurant in the whole world. The prices are very reasonable, the food is delectable, and the wait staff is absolutely wonderful. I went here all the time when I lived close by and now that I live about half an hour away, I still make the drive because it is completely worthwhile!

I order the chicken banh mi for takeaway about once a month. It’s consistently good, the veggies and bread are fresh, and the order is always correct. The gentleman on the phone is friendly and cheerful. Never disappoints. Love this place.
