The service was absolutely amazing. The waitress was so upbeat, kind, informative. When she found out it was our anniversary she came out with a piece of red velvet cake! As soon as we were done with a plate it was immediately taken off of our table, and she was prompt with asking us if we needed a refill!
We ordered the pork katsu box and several rolls of sushi and a few pieces of nigiri. Everything tasted absolutely amazing. We loved it! We will definitely be back sooner rather than later!

Vegetarian options: Vegetable tempura and several options for veggie rolls. I tried the eggplant nigiri which was amazing!“

“I recently visited the Ironwood Bar and Grill in Boulder, Colorado, located right on a gorgeous golf course, and the experience was absolutely lovely. The views were stunning, and what really made the visit stand out was our server, Dylan. He truly went above and beyond—he even handed me an extra lemonade to take with me on the way out. On top of that, he arranged for the chef to prepare a bison burger for lunch, which is usually only available at dinner. I brought along two business guests, and they were equally impressed by both the food and the overall atmosphere. All in all, it was a fantastic dining experience. Definitely worth a visit!“

“We received a gift card from a family member at Christmas and decided to use it on a Saturday night in January. The restaurant was packed but there was seating in the bar area, so we decided, what the heck(!) and went to the bar. Once seated we were greeted with the friendliest bar staff, Marissa and Tiernan. We wanted a glass of red and Marissa recommended the Porta Vita Italia. It is a delicious bargain and we were so impressed (and now hooked!). Our food was and continues to be great, as now we have become Saturday night regulars! We are Italian and honestly did not think we could get a traditional and tasty meal at a chain. Marissa and Tiernan, thank you for the excellent, friendly customer service and sweetness. You both are classy, sassy and super bad-**sy! They had a pretty full bar for the most part. Service was fantastic. My Waitress Ping. Was outstanding she checked on me frequently made sure that everything was OK at all times such a wonderful treatment. The food was spectacular. I did have to pay a little extra to get the fried rice and instead of the white rice worth every penny everything smelled terrific tasted fantastic. Very fresh. I enjoyed the entire experience. You might have a little bit of a harder time finding parking in the parking lot. You might have to walk a little bit, but there is plenty of parking since it’s attached to the same parking lot as Lowe’s.“

From the moment we walked in, the ambience transported me far from suburban Denver and straight into what felt like a warm Italian vista, the kind my great-grandfather Lepolni would’ve proudly shown off.

Our server, Luke, was an absolute standout. He made us feel instantly at home, balancing professionalism with a friendly, welcoming energy that elevated the entire night. It felt less like we were being served and more like we were being hosted.

And let’s talk about the food — incredible. The gnocchi was perfectly tender, the breadsticks were dangerously addictive, and the stench wafting from the kitchen was honestly amazing in its own right. Not a bad smell no, no. I’m talking about that rich, savory, almost mythical cloud of garlic, butter, and simmering sauces that hits you like a warm hug from a distant Italian relative you didn’t know you had. It set the tone for the whole meal.

The entire experience was unexpectedly charming from the atmosphere to the service to the company. (And yes, the person I came with wasn’t too bad-looking either, lol.)

All in all, I’d give it a solid nine out of ten, with bonus points for nostalgia, comfort, and those deliciously overwhelming food aromas. “I’m only giving 5 stars because I know the importance for reviews for new businesses and because the food really did deserve 5 stars. We shared the fajitas and loved them.

However, the drinks have me debating on whether I’ll ever come back. We order oaxacan old fashions and what came out didn’t resemble or even remotely taste like one. They were pink lemonades MAYBE with a little alcohol for $15. We were regulars at Beltrans before this place bought them out and we miss the old bartenders. This one clearly has no idea what a oaxacan old fashioned even is. I mean honestly LOOK at this…“

“We love this place, the people are friendly and the shop/restaurant is clean. The sandwiches have a lot of meat/fillings and the rolls are soft and tasty. Sandwiches have a good bun to filling ratio, so you aren't paying for too much bread. Of all the subs we have had, my favorite is the meatball sub, but that isn't to say the other subs haven't been just as good, Lots of choices of not just subs, but other options as well at prices that won't break the bank, a good value for your money.“

“The bread was so good! I had the rotisserie chicken sandwich. The chicken was good quality. My only complaint is that there was so little mayo on the sandwich that I actually thought that they forgot to put it on. The sandwich was super dry because of this. I know rotisserie (white meat) chicken is typically dry so I wouldn't count this against them. I would just ask for extra mayo next time. My order was to go and I didn't discover this problem until we had left.
I will definitely stop there again if I'm traveling through in the future. This is the type of "fast food" I love getting when traveling to a new area.“

“I came in to cancel an order because I made a mistake. After speaking with the manager, we had a misunderstanding. I acted rudely and he responded calmly and with kindness. I soon realized the misunderstanding was more of my fault than his. I apologized for my rudness, he accepted it and extended his hand to shake mine.
