Despite having employees walk past the register no less than 5 times, not once did they even speak to me despite making eye contact, nor did i get the opportunity to even order food for over 15 minutes with very few other customers in the store. Replace your staff.

I went here for the first time the other day and I was really impressed with the service! I got there and I ordered my food, and within less than 5 minutes I received my order, and the food was great too! I highly recommend.

Santis is a classic Colorado establishment. Their breakfast burritos are the best. I now live out of state and have to go the morning I come home, and take every out of towner here. Best green chili ever, so fast and cheap! I get the hot but everyone else in my family gets 1/2&1/2, hot isn’t extremely hot though. Honestly have never been other than for the bfast burritos 😋

Love this place! And the workers are so nice

I ordered a Mexican hamburger, and when I got home and cut into it, the meat was still pretty pink and undercooked, too raw to safely eat. I didn’t want to risk getting sick, so I had to throw it out. I reached out to the store to let them know what happened and see if anything could be done, but I never received a response. Really unfortunate, especially since I’ve only ever had good experiences before this. Just hoping the quality control improves. Google review wouldn't let me add the photos to the review but I added them to the stores photo area.

I think this is the best Santiago's in town. Always fresh and good portions.

I was over charged for my order the manager/owner Vincent was very rude about it was hesitant to refund the over charge , argued with me and hung up the phone

It’s disappointing to see this has happened to Santiago’s Burritos it used to be my go to Burrito spot, but now it seems like every time the portions are smaller, and the prices just don’t match up. I got a steak burrito and paid $3.50 extra for a small portion of beans and rice inside my burrito. One would expect, being that you are paying extra for beans and rice, to see a bigger proportion burrito (makes sense right) Negative! same size burrito just packed with less Meat and beans and rice 🤦🏻‍♂️ I don’t like doing this, but this seems to continue to happen and someone has to say it. Plus if I am paying extra for it I expect to get what I paid for not what the server feels is good enough.
