Sooooo sloooowwww. 15 minutes for a drink? C’mon! Two people in the lobby, both with their drinks already. No excuse. It’s clear why this location was shut down for months, if this is the level of service. I’ll stick with Otis, across the street.
Empress and Reed were absolutely amazing, they assisted us with remaking a mistaken order, and even gave us an extra drink as an apology. Everytime we’re in this area, I hope we see them everytime. <3

The staff is described as incredible, hard-working, kind, and dedicated, often greeting customers with a smile, a welcome, and sweet notes or things written on the cups. They provide outstanding customer service and create a space that feels warm and welcoming. The location can get absolutely bustling for long chunks of the day. While service is sometimes fast, it can also be pretty slow if staff are distracted. The venue has a wide entrance for wheelchair accessibility. Wi-Fi connectivity may occasionally be an issue. Many reviewers feel it might be the best Starbucks this side of the San Andreas.
