The Wrangler is one of the most precious and historic restaurants I’ve ever been in. The NYE food & drinks were delicious and we love all the people.

What a great place. We were staying in town after some UTV riding and stopped in The Wrangler with a large group(14 of us) and they were very accommodating and seated all of us with just a short wait. The staff were great! Efficient and very friendly. It's a nice place with a bit of a western feel. The food was excellent . We had several different dishes as well as a couple appetizers. All were plated nicely and were very tasty. Several beer choices and a full bar for cocktails. If you're in town, come eat here. You don't be disappointed

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lake City, made more so by this awesome restaurant. We rolled in late and most places were closed for the season. What a find. Their reservation system is a little quirky. Only take reservations on the weekend. The platforms don't allow you to make a reservation at any other time. So if you decide at the last minute it is a little scary. But once we got in, the service was good. They were short handed with Shannon making great concoctions at the bar. Trudy was our server and Ava was great at keeping things bused. The vibe was cool western and you could tell they put a lot of thought (and money) into the place. We had the cheese appetizer which was unique with a lot of cool flavors and then the pasta for our main. No complaints at all. Wonderful dining experience. Will not come to Lake City again without including The Wrangler.

Very welcoming and accommodating even though they were extremely busy and a little short staffed. We were served our drinks quickly and the bartender was very nice. The food quantity is a very large portion. Definitely would visit here again.

The place was nicely done and the bar was beautiful. It's unfortunate that the food and service don't live up to the setting. We had finished our appetizer before we got our drinks and they were still wrong. The bartender decided to serve patrons that walked in far after us instead of making our drinks. And it still was NOT what I ordered. The melted cheese app was tasty but not melty. It had cooled off into a solid glob and very hard to eat. The panino was not very good. The Caesar salad was the only redeeming part of the meal. One and done for this place. We won't be back. .

Opened in June this year! Food is excellent. Lake City has only a couple restaurants we enjoy and this one is at top of our list. As it is everywhere these days, staffing is a challenge--so "service" can be an issue.....and they acknowledge that and we realize that when we go. Be sure to call and make a reservation. They just added pizza options to the menu and although it is not our favorite "thin" crust, it is fantastic. We Have had 3 of the 4 salad options, meatballs, Parm fries, spaghetti and meatballs, pizza, pesto focaccia chicken sandwich. More menu items are on our list to try.The bar is beautiful, from early 1900's (if I remember correctly) and brought in from Chicago and reassembled. Highly recommend

Absolutely fantastic! The ambience, food, drinks, and service were all spot on. The bar isn’t overstocked and they somehow have everything you’d want. I did a mezcal old fashioned and my husband a dirty martini, they were both as good as a high end city bar (maybe better). There were too many menu items we wanted to try, so we’ll have to come back. The burrata salad was delicious and super generous with burrata and pine nuts. I had the artichoke pasta and my husband the steak sandwich; both fantastic obviously. We shared dessert and they let us cork our wine bottle since we didn’t finish (their bottle prices are so reasonable!). A must if you’re in lake city!

Cannot say enough good things about The Wrangler! My family and I have been coming to Lake City for years and were delightfully surprised at our experience. The Wedge Caesar was paired greatly with the Nonnas meatballs. This will undoubtedly be a staple for our family in the future.
