But Fat BBQ Shack in Lake George has won us over! The brisket was perfectly executed in Texas style, with expert slicing that made all the difference. The burnt ends were a pleasant surprise, with a unique twist - lightly sauced and served with onion slices. And the burger? One of the best I've ever had, thanks to the pit master's dedication to grinding brisket daily for the patty. We're self-proclaimed KC BBQ snobs, but we're happy to give Fat BBQ Shack our enthusiastic stamp of approval. If you're in the Springs area, do yourself a favor and stop by for some legit, delicious BBQ. Rudy would even recommend it”

“Our experience at the cafe was five star! LOVE the atmosphere. Super clean., service excellent. And we had the best cinnamon banana bread we have ever eaten. Not your typical banana bread more like a moist coffee cake. Loved our strawberry lemonade too. Can’t wait to try more things and also come to Caps Pizza! “The most delicious food. We had the smothered hashbrowns, breakfast bowl, avocado toast, iced chai, blended mocha, strawberry cream cheese danish, regular cinnamon roll, and lemon blueberry cinnamon rolls. Giant portions. Took most of it home. We will be back!”
