A very disappointing experience. I normally don't post negative reviews and I'm rather forgiving of a lot of things, but the number of mistakes in such a short amount of time really prompted me to review, if only so the GM of this location can see the feedback and perhaps find areas to improve.

Firstly, the young man operating the drive through had no sense of customer service or friendliness. His tone was disinterested, cold, dismissive and of flat affect. I've worked fast food many times so I know it can be soul sucking but you must do your best. Had I not reminded him of my drink, he wouldn't have handed it to me.

Secondly, I ordered a gyro, with gyro meat, the receipt and drive thru screen confirmed this selection, but I received a gyro full of turkey instead. That said, I enjoyed it and it was well assembled and tasty, but distinctly not what I ordered.

Overall, I think this location could benefit from a focus on order accuracy and customer service. That kind of attention to detail is what attracts loyal return customers.

I don’t know if I’ve ever been sicker than this and I’ve had stage three cancer, sarcoidosis, almost died from Covid but man, this was something else, this retching had style and grace and volume. They don’t make Arby’s Away, so I didn’t know

This is my go-to Arby's. We eat here several times a month because their food is almost always super fresh and made to order. They've messed up our orders only 1 or 2 times and have been good about fixing it. The staff can be friendlier, especially the male staff.

I ordered through uber eats I did not get none of my sauces no napkins it clearlysays on the receiptthe saucesi wanted. Very disappointed. I called the store and spoke to the manager and he did not give a damn that his employees was not checking the receipt smh.

So..... I'm disgusted. My feet are sticking to the floor every where. Their tables need to be cleaned. I think they just push in the chairs but don't clean the tables. You have chunks of dried ketchup and dried sticky pop. If I was the owner of this store I'd be very upset. The fish was very dry. The guy who took our order was very nice though.

This is the 2nd time I have been at this location and been told they are out of Roast beef. Now why would you even stay open as Arbys is known for ROAST BEEF!!! That being told, you also need to re-check orders before leaving from drive thru and lobby. If I wouldn’t check there would be so many times I would’ve either lost money on something I ordered and not be in the bag when getting home. Who wants to go all the way back to that location again. Everybody wants a raise and I get that because of cost of living, but SERIOUSLY is it that hard to read a ticket and get the order correct on the first try? Just saying..Very disappointed with this location!!! I will NOT be back again as this seems like a constant issue with not having the Main Product ROAST BEEF!!!

TL:DR- Go to a different Arby's. Arby's already has a reputation for low standards and the only consistent thing they have is that they consistently get stuff wrong.

It's very inconsistent, do not go during the day the team is always incorrect and they don't apply discounts right or they put things in the wrong size cups. I got drinks and they just lied to me about the size after they made a mistake.

I ordered a lemonade, I have ordered many lemonades and today I was told the medium cup was the large, after I asked for anyone else to confirm she gave me back a dollar. Said sorry and closed the window on me, thank goodness I got everything else I needed cause she didn't come back.

It's 11 o clock like right before your lunch rush and you gave me the wrong size cups? I'm worried for your rush. I will drive to other Arby's because of how untrained and under prepared this store is.

ONLY go at night because that teams seems to get it a bit better.

Dietary restrictions: They don't change gloves or anything between prepping food so specific requests get informed consistently
