Stopped in today attempting to get some lunch and ended up walking out due waiting to get waited on. It was around 11:30 am and I was the only one in the place but the drive thru had some business. A man behind the counter said he would be right with me but I waited around 5 minutes and still no one took my order.

I went to Arby's on W Alameda on 5/20/25 at closing time and went through drive thru and the cashier was very friendly and the food was as fresh as if they just opened for the day. Thank you for good service and good food.

I think I may need to give Arby's a break until they can bring back the 5 for $5 deal is back in full swing again. These 2 for $7 deals just do not cut it.
Not to mention, it feels depressing entering these stores as empty as they are on a full lunch hour. Even the service is disengaged and going through the motions. Ever seen a scary movie where people are just not present mentally? It was like that here. Eerie.
Parking: There is only one entrance to their lot and only one side of the street can access it.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps and tables dedicated to the handicapped.

I thought I'd give it one more chance! Again, I was terribly disappointed! I don't know if it's just that one Arby's or all of them. So I went in there today and it still did not taste right! I may as well thrown $8 out the window!!! So now, I'll receive a message saying "Sorry you had a bad experience" , yada yada yada, So what do you people plan on doing about this? As for me, I will never go to an Arby's, ever again anywhere in the United States!!!
