I have been going to this location for the past 4 years and have only had great experiences. Their food is no outlier from what to expect from Arbys. What I have really come to enjoy is how consistently friendly the crew is. They really stand out among the many other fast food restaurants that I have been to.

First off, when you order a 4 piece tater cake, and get 3 cold ones instead, it doesn't start off well. Then the tomatoes on my sandwich were green.... And the drive thru took forever! They were polite, but the order was wrong, and very not good. Polite only gets 2 stars, correct hot food gets 5.

I wish there was a Arby’s in my neighborhood because I live on South Broadway near Alameda And one day I really was hungry for an Arby’s roast beef sandwich, but in order to get one I had to get on the bus and go all the way to downtown Littleton And I didn’t realize that they didn’t no longer have the five for five deal He had to get a five or 10$ Which is OK I just had an Arby’s sandwich there and then I took the other four home and I took one for lunch each day that I was working And when I asked if they still had the five or five deal, the person that waited on me kinda looked at me like surprise. She says well we have never had a five or five deal and I said oh OK. Well, my mistake. Just give me the five for 10 then I’m not gonna argue with you And I paid for my stuff and I went on my happy way back on the bus and came home.

This arbys will not accept online coupons even from the app. The other one in Lakewood about 5 minutes away will and the staff are much nicer. The Alameda location sucks.
Stopped in today attempting to get some lunch and ended up walking out due waiting to get waited on. It was around 11:30 am and I was the only one in the place but the drive thru had some business. A man behind the counter said he would be right with me but I waited around 5 minutes and still no one took my order.
